Nice and quiet place but do some research and find out who will be staying above you because you are on the basement level and we had a large family who we believe is over populated and the bang and stomp all through the night. The kids were riding their bikes through the house and we couldn't get a sleep in. If you are after a romantic for 2 for a quiet weekend i don't recommend this place.

I have never written a negative review about a property before but this needs one! We tried repeatedly to call for the access code that was not supplied on check in bond payment. We begged by message also to be contacted as it grew dark but no reply. We were about to check into another property when we finally got through on the line that had asked us to hold and hung up on us repeatedly! It was an awful experience.The property was good at first as we were there for a week but we had rented the downstairs room. When people arrived upstairs the echo through the ceiling was thunderous and unfortunately the crew that arrived after midnight stayed awake and walked about constantly literally for 48 hours. These young people must have been enjoying some very good “vitamins” to manage their routine. Even with the ear plugs we went out and bought the noise kept us awake throughout the night. We cannot recommend this property either for service or for the noise upstairs. We would really appreciate a refund for at least some of the stay as it really was one of the worst experiences we have had booking an unknown destination.
