Welcome to remodeled and spacious Shoreline Towers 1111. This gulf front unit is located on the eleventh floor of Tower One and has an amazing sunrise and sunset views. The living area features newer furniture and solar shades to maximize the panoramic views. The living room has a 55" Flat Screen and dvd player for viewing enjoyment. The recently upgraded open kitchen has white quartz counters and newer appliances.
The open kitchen design allows you to enjoy the views whether you are in the kitchen making breakfast or grabbing a midnight snack.
Both bathrooms have new granite countertops, comfort height vanities, and full tubs. The master bedroom has a King bed and blackout curtains to ensure a great nights sleep. One Queen bed in the first guest bedroom with two double beds in the 2nd Guest bedroom.
Both guest bedrooms have Plantation Shutters for window coverings. Bedrooms have flat screen TV's and DVD players. Large Flat Screen In Living Room perfect for movie nights. Master Bedroom and guest bed with 2 Double beds are Carpeted and the rest of the unit is tiled.
