気になった点 : 清潔度、チェッ クイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
If there was an option to give a minus score that’s what would have happened! 9am day of check messaged owner for check in details, heard nothing back, 2pm was check in so messaged again and nothing, got on to Expedia who contacted the host and 5 minutes later get a cancellation email stating the problem as a natural disaster!! Bizarre given it was a sunny 25degrees on the Gold Coast and when I looked up the property it was booked for the next two weeks , so either the host has taken a longer booking and kicked me to the kerb which I think is the likely solution or something truely horrendous has happened with the property. Either way there was no apology from the host and I was left to find accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children during the school holidays, with no luck finding a 2 bedroom I was left to book two hotel rooms leaving me out of pocket for the second room as I didn’t change the original booking to note 4 people even though it was a 2 bedroom property I had booked.
