Guests have access to a shared laundry room within the building, which includes free-to-use washing machines.
We also provide laundry detergent for your convenience — no need to bring your own.

Shared Outdoor Pool Access
Guests are welcome to use the outdoor swimming pool during their stay. Please note that the pool is shared with other residents on the property, so we kindly ask all guests to be considerate of others when using it.
Pool usage guidelines:
• Open during daylight hours only (approx. 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• No diving or running
• Children must be supervised at all times
• No glassware or alcohol around the pool area
• Please dry off before entering the house

Parking
The property has 2 on-site parking spaces, which are shared on a first-come, first-served basis. Free street parking is also available nearby at all times. Please don’t park on the lawn or block other vehicles’ access.
