Upstairs, expansive open-plan living and dining spaces are framed by floor-to-ceiling windows highlighting the stunning views. The gourmet kitchen and dedicated BBQ entertaining room make dinner plans a breeze - we can even arrange for a private chef to do the cooking for you!

Step out onto the oversized balcony suspended above the coastline — the perfect setting for long lunches, sunset drinks or simply soaking in the sea breeze. Also on this level, you'll find the spacious master suite with private ensuite.

Downstairs, a second living area with an integrated bar opens to the lower balcony and a stunning wet-edge pool. Three additional bedrooms are on this level - all with an ocean view, a main bathroom, a separate powder room, and a full laundry.
