Our fun and "porchy" farmhouse barndominium is located on a scenic ranch in Dripping Springs, Tx. The "barndo" sleeps up to 10 guests on 8 beds, has a full kitchen, outdoor fire pit, giant copper bathtub, and plenty of space to relax. Wander around the 33 acres through the canyon, play a round of pickleball, hang out with some mini animals, or just relax on your screened in patio or big TX fire pit under the live oak trees.

Cute and unique property. Just be prepared that you will have to cross outside to get to the bathroom, this can be rather inconvenient at night! The property needs some TLC it has a hole on the bathroom wall and the screen on the porch was ripped. But it’s a unique place to stay at. Kind of a “glamping” feel with the having to cross outside to get between rooms and the bathroom.

Great place to get out and relax. Communication with manager is great and accomodations had everything. Pets friendly and great location!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful barndominium in Dripping Springs. The property is peaceful, unique, and perfectly designed for a relaxing Texas getaway. The ranch setting is absolutely stunning, with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy nature.The house was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The full kitchen made it easy to cook meals, and the screened patio and large outdoor fire pit were perfect for relaxing in the evenings under the live oak trees. The giant copper bathtub was a very nice touch and made the stay feel even more special.We also enjoyed walking the property, exploring the canyon area, playing pickleball, and spending time with the mini animals. The atmosphere is quiet, welcoming, and fun for both families and groups.Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay if you want a peaceful ranch experience with great amenities and true Texas charm. We would definitely come back again.

Fun place to stay

Bardo is a fun idea! There was only 2 of us so it worked. The bathroom situation would have been just a little difficult if every bed was full. Fun idea and great property. They don't use scent free cleaning products but that's just our preference. It was nice and clean though
