This 4-bedroom house in Austin is perfect for your escape to the vibrant city, while also serving as your comfy country retreat! Nearby attractions include local wineries, a vodka distillery and showroom, a zoo and a stunning wildflower conservancy.

With 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed with full/twin, 2 pullout beds (1 double, 1 twin)this superb property offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for all guests. One bathroom has a bathtub with a shower and grab bars. The other, en suite bathroom , has a huge shower with a rain head and hand wand, grab bars, and heated towel rack and bidet.

Take a refreshing dip in our large enclosed pool, which is heated seasonally (for an additional fee) and has large roof mounted fans to help cool off in warmer periods. Go swimming at night if you want to! This pool is older and has a lot of character. We monitor the water quality online and maintain it before and after each reservation. If you want the pool heated, we begin that process a couple of days before your arrival as it takes time to heat such a large pool. There is also a standing propane heater for guests who have chosen to heat the pool that can be used to warm the enclosure, but please bear in mind that the enclosure is partially screened. We require $60 heating fee and $30 per night.

Bust out your inner BBQ chef by enjoying our covered patio with a propane grill, smoker, plenty of cooking utensils and outdoor seating. Take your dining and cooking experience indoors and use our full kitchen and dining room.There are also plenty of restaurants nearby if you want someone else to take over the cooking, or head downtown where you can sample everything from food trucks and taquerias to fine dining.
Perfectly suited for families or a group, we welcome you and your guests to enjoy our lovely family home. Up to two dogs are welcome, so your fur babies can join in the fun on our 1.2 acres.

Relax and make s'mores or sing songs around our fire pit. We will bring up kindling and logs for your first night, but if you want more we have more out at the edge of the property to the left of the quonset hut (big metal building).

We provide your four digit pin prior to your arrival. Enter at carport entrance. Tap in your code, push the rectangle, the circle will light up and you can hear the door unlock. Depress the latch on the door handle then enter. To unlock the slider at patio there is a sliding lock on the handle and a lower lock at the floor, touch that gently with your foot to unlock.
