- The Homeowner has a separate private Cottage on the large property that they visit from time to time. Your privacy is always respected.

- Your safety matters. This property features 4 external video-only security cameras. Camera 1 is a Ring doorbell camera on the front door facing the front entry. Camera 2 is located on the back balcony facing the dock and beach. Cameras 3 and 4 are located on the front corners of the home, facing the front yard. These cameras are outward-facing and do not look into any interior spaces; they record video only when motion is detected

Lovely home in a gorgeous location! Our host, Frances, was a delight to work with - very kind and helpful. The home is so comfortable and inviting - we had no trouble relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. We enjoyed exploring Irvington, Kilmarnock, and White Stone and had great meals at many of the local restaurants. Highly recommend!

Charming Home

We had a wonderful time while staying at Huckleberry Point. The house is so well appointed. It had everything we needed and so close to shops, if we needed anything. We walked to dinner, the Farmers Market, tennis & pickleball, The Local coffee shop, the school to play basketball, and Livi’s market. The kitchen was stocked really well, with plenty of cooking and serving dishes. The bedrooms were conditioned well and the beds and linens were very comfortable. The living areas were also very comfortable. It was nice to have toiletries available. We brought our boat and the docking was made easy. Kids enjoyed crabbing and fishing off of the dock. Our Hostess, Frances, was lovely and so glad we had the opportunity to connect with her and start a friendship. We definitely want to come back again soon!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The host communication was superb; when an unexpected snow storm caused us to have to reschedule, the host was accommodating and helpful in finding a new date. The house was comfortable, incredibly well appointed, and immaculate. We would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend this home.

Carter’s Creek Waterfront, Beach, Kayaks, Deepwater Dock, Walk to Town, Unwind

My family and I absolutely love staying at the Point House. The home is lovely, well appointed, and always immaculate. The views from almost every room add to the tranquility of being on the water. We had coffee on the deck in the morning and wine in the afternoon. The loft provided a great space from which my adult children could work when necessary. My son has taken his boat, and the close proximity of the boat ramp is a huge plus. We took the boat to Merrior and Fish Hawk at the Tides Inn for lunch or just to get out on the water. The house is within walking or biking distance of Irvington, which is a great advantage. There is so much to do in the Irvington area, but we love just spending time at the house. The host has a wonderful supply of games to enjoy. My granddaughter loves the sandy beach area and the dock from which to fish. Our host is most gracious and available for any questions. This was our fourth year in a row at this lovely property, and we are looking forward to returning next year for our fifth visit.

Weekend in Irvington

We had a great 4th of July weekend stay at Huckleberry Point! The water views were incredible and the home worked well for our group of 10. The beach and large dock are convenient for water activities and boat docking. Frances provided great hospitality and would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation

This place is ideal for family vacation. It is very well maintained with fantastic view and equipment for fun activities. It is clean, quiet and peaceful. We caught a couple of fish and crabs. Everyone had a good time.

Beautiful waterfront property

The house was great, with an incredible view out over the water. Very close to Irvington amenities and very close to the Tides Inn. Would stay here again.

Great stay in Irvington

Wonderful location in Irvington. The house layout worked well for our family and the outdoor area was great, loved the sand beach. The house was very clean and the view was beautiful. We would rent again.

Spectacular views in the perfect location!

What a beautiful home! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this special family home. Awesome and responsive hosts, an exceptional location close to amazing restaurants and shops, and beautiful views from every room--we even saw dolphins from the deck--magical! Highly recommend!

Holiday Getaway

The perfect spot to enjoy quiet after the business of December holidays. The house offers incredible views of the water. Great for reading, walking, cooking, and family time.
