This house is amazing. It has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable time. Don't worry about bringing shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. All showers were fully stocked. Beach towels were also in abundance. The house is very private and secluded. Perfect location to small town to grab food or do some shopping. The small beach is fun to catch some rays or just listen to the waves, just watch out for the jellyfish! The use of kayaks, bicycles, and other equipment was a plus. The screened in porch on the top level was nice in the evenings, and the turtles were fun to watch. I would definitely stay here again.

A place to truly rest and relax

This house/property was fantastic. So much room for kids and dogs to roam, and it was stocked with so many items. All the books and games were a hit! The water toys were also a hit. As it's so close to town, we enjoyed all of the local shops and eateries. This is one of the best places we've vacationed in. Highly recommend it, even for larger groups! You won't be disappointed.

Peaceful getaway by the water. We really enjoyed the home and all its amenities pool table, paddle boarding, hot tub and more. There is a cute historical town in walking or biking distance. Loved exploring the local food and shops. Thanks again for a lovely visit!

Wonderful property. Great spaces for everyone. Being on the water with kayaks and paddle board and tube so much fun. Short walk into the adorable town of Urbanna. Plan on coming back for a longer stay :) .

We visited Urbanna for our son’s senior prom at CCS. The home was emasculate! Super clean, organized, pictures do not do it justice. Much better in person. Our best rental to date!

We had a great time. The house was beautiful and more than big enough to accommodate the 13 of us. My nieces, nephews and grandsons had a great time fishing and crabbing and feeding the turtles. I spend a lot of time in the area and was able to show my family around. They loved Urbanna. The host was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

A Gorgeous Getaway

What an awesome stay! We had such an amazing time. The sunrises were absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the jacuzzi every day. We also loved all of the board games that were available. The game room provided hours of entertainment. I forgot my book so the full bookshelves was a pleasant surprise! I enjoyed reading next to the fire on chilly mornings and outside in the hammock. The layout of the house was so unique! The beds were very comfy. The local cuisine was delicious! We loved this stay.

So Much Fun in Urbanna!

We had such a great time. Our German Shepherd really enjoyed playing in the yard and on the beach - so much dog swimming. The property is really large and there was lots to explore. The water was a little choppy but we still tried out the paddle boards and had fun. The house has lots of room and would be great for family gatherings (lots of stairs though). We enjoyed morning coffee from the deck with great views of the river. And at night watched movies on big screen TV. This house has everything you need!

We loved this fantastic house.

We enjoyed our stay here so much. The views from any outside area were fantastic! SO peaceful and beautiful. The house was very comfortable with so much to do it is impossible to be bored. We tried everything, playing pool in the basement with the bar and the fireplace, GIANT tv in the family room, peaceful fireplace on the main level, hot-tub in the sunroom, fire pit on the upper deck with a lovely sunset. We tried to feed the turtles, but I don't think they were out in January. The town also had a few good restaurants and cute shops. We definitely hope to return. If you do use the hot-tub, we found that non-skid shoes would be helpful, like pool shoes, as its a bit hard to get in and out of.

Spectacular

This place is so serene & enjoyable. Pictures really does no justice on how gorgeous it is! We had a great time very comfortable to stay, it was quiet & everyone is so friendly in the town. The hot tub was amazing & the pool table was lots of fun. I highly recommend staying here, you won’t want to leave.

Perfect place for family gathering

We really enjoyed our week in this beautiful house in the lovely small town of Urbanna. The kids (age 10-20) had so much fun in the water with the kayaks and paddle boards. They also enjoyed biking into town, the hot tub, pool table, watching TV. And we all enjoyed the games, sitting on the back porch, walking into town. The island in the kitchen was perfect for setting out a buffet for everyone to serve themselves. We were happy to have the first floor bedroom and walk out back porch for one of us with limited mobility.

Remarkable River Retreat

We had the pleasure of staying in this home, it was amazing. The home is very spacious and still gives you that cozy vibe. The views of the river are beautiful and gave us an awesome sunrise each morning. The home is very well maintained & super clean. The beds and bedding are top notch. Thank you for sharing this special home with us. We will be back!

Nice House

We enjoyed the stay here, house still being remodeled but not in the way of the stay, the view from the backyard is about as great as it gets. the hot tub (where my kids spent a lot of the time) and the pool table were the highlights for them. just the relaxing and getting away was what the rest of us enjoyed! Only suggestion I would have are more TV options, tried to put on the football games but no local or cable channels.It did not disappoint though.
