The Space:
Entering this updated and modern 1st floor condo, you will immediately be drawn to the natural light streaming through the covered balcony steps from the pool and huge hot tub. The open floor plan living/dining areas are spacious and tastefully appointed with plenty of seating for your whole family. There is a 55" flat screened tv, queen sleeper sofa and separate love seat, large dining table seating 6 and additional dining table on the balcony for a peaceful breakfast or fun Happy Hour. There is a fully stocked galley style kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter tops that you can prepare delicious home cooked meals in if you choose. The primary suite has a full sized bed, twin bed, his and hers closets,40" flat screened tv, a beautifully updated en suite bathroom and private balcony access. The 2nd Bedroom also has full and twin beds and back balcony access with additional seating so you can watch the kids play at the pool while in the shade. There is also a back entrance to the pool and hot tub deck from this balcony.

The Neighborhood:
Located directly across the street from the public beach access at 29th Avenue North in Myrtle Beach, you will be super close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer both on the water and inland. There is a Starbucks/Ben and Jerry's across the street, the renowned Sea Captain's house with ocean front bar is a 3 blocks walk away and you will be less 1/2 mile from Broadway at the Beach, 1/4 mile from Top Golf and the Myrtle Boardwalk and Myrtle Beach Convention Center are just over 1 mile away!
Getting Around:
While a car is recommended to explore the area, many attractions are within walking distance, allowing you to easily leave your car parked. Uber and other ride-sharing services are available, providing an alternative for transportation, or bring your bikes with you as there is a bike line all the way down ocean blvd that is super fun to explore!
Other Things to Note:
For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.
To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread.
