Direct Oceanfront corner 2 bedroom 2 bath condo at the Carolinian Beach Resort. Spectacular ocean and coastline views from this 14th floor corner location. Spacious floor plan with the living room and master bedroom both oceanfront. Nicely upgraded interior with granite kitchen counter tops, LVP flooring in living areas and bedrooms, tile in kitchen and baths. New tiled shower stall in master bath. Beautifully furnished. Washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Resort amenities include oceanfront pools, indoor/outdoor lazy river (seasonally enclosed), hot tub (seasonally enclosed), game room and fitness room. Carolinian Beach Resort is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, close to The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach, The Skywheel, and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Walk to restaurants, shops, and much more.
We have implemented contactless check-in. No need to talk to anyone nor pick up keys anywhere. Both resort gate and condo are controlled by combination locks. Codes will be sent by email and text message. Resort is accessible 24/7 So don't worry if you are running late.

Free Parking deck address is: 2503 Withers Dr. Note the parking deck has a different access code with the resort building gate.

Please note there is an ongoing water outfall project near 24th Avenue North, which may result in some construction noise during standard working hours. We appreciate your understanding as the area continues to improve.


We would like to inform you that the Lazy River at Carolinian Resort will be temporarily closed for replastering and water flow repairs from April 12th through April 24th

View was spectacular. The property has multiple swimming pools, hot tub, and direct beach access. It was a bit further from the boardwalk than we realized but a doable walk, about 1 mile.

Everything was good. One of the pools was down for maintenance, but they did a nice job of making sure all the other pools were open. Maintenance happens, the management team did well to give plenty of options. Great view and close to the ferris wheel

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return! We traveled as a family of five—my husband, our two children, and our foster teen who was experiencing many of these adventures for the first time.The condo was exactly as pictured, very clean, and spacious. One bedroom had two full-size beds and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a soaking tub. The master bedroom featured a king-size bed, private balcony access with ocean views, and a large walk-in shower with a bench seat. The washer, dryer, dishwasher, and large shoe closet were great conveniences.The amenities were excellent. The covered lazy river and indoor pool were heated, as was the kiddie pool. The large two-sided hot tub was a favorite, and the outdoor pool was perfect on warmer days.Being right on the beach was amazing. We found some of the prettiest shells we've ever seen and even caught and released a few hermit crabs. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the boardwalk and close to many restaurants and shops.We also visited Cherry Grove Point, where the water was absolutely beautiful and reminded us of the Caribbean. Another highlight was attending the Polynesian Fire Luau and Dinner Show. The performers were incredible, and we highly recommend it.Overall, this condo was comfortable, well-maintained, and the perfect home base for a memorable family vacation.

Property is exactly as pictured. Beautiful views. Quiet and private. Quick access to the beach. Three pools next to one another, one was heated which was nice in October. Host was attentive and helpful. Kitchen stocked well with cookware and utensils. Plenty of space. Very clean. Would stay again.

Myrtle Beach 4th of July Trip

Very nice & beautiful area. We were on the 14th floor & a great view of the ocean. Some very small issues but the host helped out. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay!

This property was amazing! Close to all the activities in Myrtle and the pictures do not lie. The place is clean and very well kept, I will keep this as a favorite for any trips in the future.

This condo was ok for the 2 additional days we stayed in Myrtle Beach. The condo is showing some wear and tear, but it was comfortable enough for our stay. The view was great and looks right down on the beach. Unfortunately a tropical storm came in and the weather was not the greatest to really enjoy this aspect. The downside, they are building a new dock and so we were hearing construction noise during the day. It looks to be a very long term project.

An amazing condo in a great location! Close to lots of restaurants/shopping or just enjoy the beautiful views from the balcony! Had everything we needed and Janet was amazing, making sure we were all set with the check in / codes process and being comfortable. Would refer her condo to anyone and would stay here again. Great view and great host

The stay was great. The condo was just as shown and was perfect for our short stay. The host was great at communicating everything for the stay and giving us great dining options. Would definitly recomend to anyone to stay here.

Perfect Spot for Family Getaway

The condo was exactly as described and reasonably priced for this time of year. Janet sent emails and texts with all of the pertinent information. Location is not far from the boardwalk, Broadway, or anything else you want to visit in Myrtle. Would definitely stay here again.
