Ti ar kalon is a refurbished and bright flat of 62 square meters, located in the town centre of Perros Guirec.
This flat is on the 1st floor of a charming property built in 1926.
You will find near the Ti ar kalon (in a 100m circle) all the shopping facilities, restaurants, bars...

The great beach of Trestraou is about 10 minutes walk away.
If you wish to optimize your stay in addition of the welcome booklet, you will find the tourist office near the flat, on the other side of the road.
It is a 3 rooms flat with 2 bedrooms, a great living room with dining area, a separate and full equiped kitchen and a double basins bathroom with toilets and shower.

A free parking spaces are available in the streets around the flat. If you can't find one, you can go to the Maréchal Juin parking which is free and at a 300m away.

The town center of Perros-Guirec can easily be visit by foot, but if you wish to go to the beach or in other famous places around, you can take the "Macareux" shuttle. It serves the Trestraou and Trestignel beaches, Perros-Guirec port, Ploumanac'h, Trégastel...
A stop is located near the bookstore names "Tom Librairie" just in front of the building.

Chouette WE à Perros-Guirec

Un appartement idéalement situé. Toutes les commodités ainsi que les restaurants au pied de l'immeuble. Centre très sympathique et calme. En 10 min nous rejoignons la plage de Trestraou où il y a bars et restaurants. Tout proche pour rejoindre le GR34 (au bout de la plage) et se balader vers le phare Le Mean Ruz magnifique. L'appartement est très agréable et lumieux. Les lits sont confortables à souhait. Merci pour ce week-end !

Superbe

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Perros Guirec, l’appartement est spacieux, très confortable et très propre !! Tout les commerces à pied un vrai plus et la plage a 10min à pied. Les hôtes étaient charmants avec une très bonne description de tout ce qu’il y a à faire dans le coin. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir!! Aucun problème pour se garer dans la rue au pied de l’appartement. Tout était parfait!! Le couchage au top surtout pour moi qui est des problèmes de dos. Allez y les yeux fermés.

Un cocon douillet très propre et idéalement situé. Le TOP !!

Nous avons apprécié la propreté du logement et la décoration très soignée. La literie est neuve et très confortable. L emplacement est idéal : sur un promontoire à égal distance entre le port et la plage. Au pied de l appartement on trouve tous les magasins de bouche et surtout une boulangerie à 20 mètres. Nett eingerichtete, geräumige Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage

Helle, sehr nett eingerichtete, geräumige und gut aufgeteilte Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage mit allem was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants direkt um die Ecke, zum Strand etwa 10 Minuten Fussweg. Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Jean-Luc war ein sehr aufmerksamer und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Es geht nicht besser. Würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem historischen ehemaligen Hotel, ist neu renoviert (ca. 2 Jahre) und in einem top Zustand. Trotz dem regen Urlauberverkehr tagsüber auf den angrenzenden Straßen ist dank der neuen Fenster keine erhöhte Geräuschbelastung zu verzeichnen, wenn man es mal etwas ruhiger möchte.. Die Strände Trestraou und Pors Nevez sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Durch den benachbarten Supermarkt ist das Auto nur für Ausflüge erforderlich. Das Parken direkt vorm Haus ist "eigentlich" auf 15 min. beschränkt. Wir hatten jedoch keine Probleme, wenn das Auto auch mal etwas länger gestanden ist. Das Ein- und Ausladen ist somit kein Problem. Der nächstgelegene öffentliche Langzeit-Parkplatz ist 5 min. entfernt und kostenlos. Fazit: Sehr nette Vermieter, gerne wieder, sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Wohnung ist topmodern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt maximal zentral, ist dennoch ruhig in der Nacht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.

Très bel appartement en hyper centre

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en plein coeur de Perros Guirec dans ce très joli appartement. Entièrement rénové, il est très fonctionnel, très bien équipé et très lumineux. Il y a 2 belles chambres et la literie est très confortable. Vous êtes à 10mn à pied de la grande plage et avez tous les commerces en bas de l'immeuble. Très bon accueil des propriétaires.
