My co-host Ryan, is and equally dedicated hospitality professional who assists with guest care and ensures everything runs smoothly during your visit. Together we aim to provide the kind of service that feels personal and polished - attentive when needed, yet completely respectful of your privacy.
We welcome families seeking space and serenity as well as executives looking for a refined environment to unwind or work while in Perth. Whether arranging an early check-in' sharing dining tips along the coast, or helping coordinate extended stays, our focus is simple: to make your focus seamless and memorable.

I chose this area because, to me, it captures what makes Perth so special — a spectacular coastline, an incredible outdoor lifestyle and easy access to everything the city has to offer, without feeling like you are in the city.

There is something very special about waking up beside the Indian Ocean. The beaches are beautiful, the water is inviting and the coastal pathway makes it effortless to walk, run or cycle while taking in the views. Mettams Pool, directly opposite the home, is one of the reasons I fell in love with this location. Its clear, protected waters are perfect for swimming and snorkelling, and it is wonderful to be able to enjoy the ocean spontaneously rather than having to get in the car.

I also love the lifestyle here. You can start the day with a swim and coffee, spend the afternoon exploring Perth, enjoy a round of golf, then return to the coast for a spectacular sunset. There are excellent cafés and restaurants nearby, while Hillarys Boat Harbour offers waterfront dining, boating and entertainment. Head south to Scarborough for a livelier beach atmosphere, or into Perth for shopping, business and the city’s attractions.

For me, the real attraction is the balance. It feels peaceful, private and distinctly coastal, yet you are never far from the best of Perth.

I wanted guests to experience that feeling — to have a beautiful home to return to after a day of exploring, while being able to step outside and immediately enjoy one of Perth’s most beautiful stretches of coastline.

Whether you are here for a family holiday, a special celebration, a golf getaway, business or simply some time by the ocean, this location gives you the freedom to make your stay as relaxing or as active as you wish.

I chose North Beach because it isn’t just somewhere to stay — it is somewhere I would want to spend my own holiday.
