The Space:

This vacation home accommodates up to six guests and features three well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom, while the two additional bedrooms are each furnished with queen-size beds. A second full bathroom is conveniently located for guests.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped and designed for both functionality and style, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The open living and dining areas create a welcoming atmosphere for spending time together.



All bedrooms, as well as the living room, are equipped with TVs for added comfort and entertainment. Large windows allow plenty of natural light and connect the indoor living space with the outdoor patio and pool area.



Outside, guests can enjoy the private pool and patio—perfect for relaxing, dining, or enjoying the Florida sunshine.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including all indoor and outdoor areas, the private pool, and the patio.



The property offers a spacious driveway with plenty of room to park multiple vehicles. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use, as it is reserved by the owner.

A car is recommended to get around Cape Coral comfortably. From the home, guests can easily reach grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, and local attractions within a short drive. Fort Myers, Sanibel Island, and other destinations throughout Southwest Florida are also easily accessible.
