Guests have access to the entire house. NOTE: There are steps down from the parking space and steps up to the front door.
The Neighborhood:
Downtown Twin Lakes is just a few minutes away. Leadville is a 20 minute drive with all restaurants, shopping, and entertainment!

- Winter Disclosure: 4x4 vehicle recommended for winter months due to steep and slick road conditions.
- Cell service can be spotty - recommended to download directions/ map prior to departing
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is with a car as there is no public transportation to get to and from this home. In the winter it is best to have four wheel drive and good tires. It is always manageable to get to the home, but we want to be transparent that in the winter the roads could be snow packed.

This property does not have air conditioning.
This home is on a septic - please only use provided dish soap and laundry detergent. No Food Scraps down the drain and flush only toilet paper.
The home is pet friendly with a pet fee of $60+ tax for 1 pet and $120 +tax for 2 pets max.
-NO FIREWORKS AT ALL EVER and if we find out about it, you will be fined $500. Due to the location of this property, being secluded in the woods, it will not be tolerated!

Staying in the mountains offers a unique and nature-immersed experience, characterized by a rustic charm. You might occasionally encounter some of the local wildlife, insects, and small critters that are part of the natural surroundings. We recommend keeping doors securely closed whenever possible. Rest assured, we've implemented thorough measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed by these natural inhabitants.
Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville, the elevation is 10,000 feet, while Twin Peaks is around 9,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
