SALT AND SAND is a modern and spacious 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to a maximum of 8 guests. Only a short walk to the Tavern and jetty. Salt and Sand is an ideal place to base your Yorke Peninsula getaway!

Open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer with water dispenser, electric oven, gas stove top, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, DeLonghi coffee machine with milk frother (BYO pods), slow cooker, air fryer, electric frypan, sandwich press, bread maker, island bench with stools.
Dining area with wooden table/chairs, ceiling fan. Lounge area with 2 x 2 seater lounges, 2 recliners, ceiling fan, large smart TV, surround sound system, PlayStation 4, assorted PS4 games, DVD player, assorted DVD's.

4 bedrooms, main has an ensuite with vanity, walk-in shower, w/c. All bedrooms have ceiling fan/lights.
Laundry with front loading washing machine, laundry sink.

Large undercover rear deck with ceiling fans, outdoor setting, bar table and chairs, TV.

Hooded gas BBQ.

1 fire pit (BYO wood) to be used in non fire season only.

Point Turton has an excellent boat ramp and jetty for those keen fisherman! There is also a general store where you can buy delicious pastries, take away foods, general grocery items, ice, bait and fuel. You can also enjoy a lovely meal at the Tavern On Turton.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - king, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - queen, bed 4 - queen.

Pillows and quilts will be provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
King bed sheets (top/bottom, not including pillow cases) for the main bed can be hired $35 - if you would like to hire please let office staff know.

No smoking inside

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees will apply

Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
$350 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$275 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
$220 per night
