We enjoyed the property and would stay here again. I think they need to add some cookware and drinking cups. There was a close store we could get what we needed conveniently.

We did not have a good experience while staying. First, the wifi was not working. We notified the host and they told us there was a outage, which there wasn't. Spectrum confirmed that the modem had been out for a week and was burnt out, so during our whole stay we had no Internet. Second, one of the downstairs bathroom shower would leak water every time we took a shower. Third, the fan in the bedroom with the leaking shower did not work. Fourth, the game area in the garage was dusty and old. There was spider webs all over the games. Fifth, the spigot on the side of the house did not work. Luckily, we did not spend too much time in the house, but it would have been nice to have a properly functioning house while we where there. We were offered a discount due to the WIFI not working during our stay.

At the time, we were working with our service provider to determine the cause and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We understand how important reliable Wi-Fi is, and we're glad we were able to offer a discount for the disruption. We also appreciate you bringing the other maintenance concerns to our attention. Your comments regarding the bathroom shower, ceiling fan, game room, and outdoor spigot have been shared with our maintenance and housekeeping teams so they can be inspected and addressed. Guest feedback is important to us, and we use it to improve the experience for future visitors. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to host you again in the future!
