Relax at this peaceful and centrally located cottage overlooking the beautiful Mangonui Harbour. Positioned on an elevated, north-facing site, the home enjoys all-day sun, cooling sea breezes, and lovely views across the water to bush-clad Rangikapiti Reserve.

Just a short stroll brings you to Mill Bay for a swim, or into the heart of Mangonui Village, where you’ll find cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, and the iconic fish and chip shop on the waterfront. The location makes it easy to enjoy everything this special part of the Far North has to offer, while still feeling tucked away and private.

The cottage has been thoughtfully refreshed while retaining its original 1950s charm. Polished timber floors run throughout, and the light-filled living area opens to peaceful harbour views. A cosy lounge with window seating creates the perfect spot to relax with a book or unwind at the end of the day.

The kitchen and dining area are simple, functional, and full of character, with large windows framing the surrounding greenery and sea. A door from the dining space leads outside to the garden, where there is plenty of room to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine.
