This is a townhouse apartment located steps away from Miller’s Ferry, on Catawba Island. About 100 steps from the Ferry property and about 200 steps to the shore! This is a quiet location within a triplex. There are two upstairs bedrooms with new floors upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs has a full bathroom and both bedrooms have TVs. Downstairs boasts a living room and adjacent half bathroom. Kitchen has a cozy sit in dining room with refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. This year we added a washer and dryer. There is a patio area with propane grill and with table umbrella and plenty of seating.

Once again our VRBO experience did not disappoint!!! There were some hiccups, but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Brendan was very good at answering any questions that we had. We do need to apologize for forgetting to bring the upstairs bathroom trash down to the trash bag we set out when we left!! Sorry guys, and thank you for the extra nights stay!!! We would stay here again!!!

This is a wonderful property right near Miller’s ferry and all the activities on Catawba Island. The only thing I would ask the owner would be to update the new Wi-Fi settings on the website.

House was spacious and smelled amazing! However there were clumps of hair from previous stays, bugs everywhere, and certain things that were dirtier than they should have been. Brendan was great with communication time and being super helpful during check in though!

Nice getaway

Property is located in a nice area and is well maintained and clean. About a block from Miller's ferry so you don't have to pay the parking fee to ride plus you can enjoy the lake during sunset/sunrise. Owner provides several amenities such as dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper and goes beyond with shampoos, bug spray, a variety of spices, and more. There is a selection of books to read and a few games. My family and I enjoyed a few games of clue while we were there. My only complaints are the fullsize bed is hard as a rock and the arrival of the mayflies, but the mayflies are outside anyone's control.

Great Location

Within steps of the Catwaba Inn. The Twin Oast Brewery was right down the street. Enjoyed our stay on the island.

This little place was just what we were looking for. The location was within walking distance to the ferry. It was nicely appointed and had just enough space to be comfortable. We would be happy to return.

Great location but not very clean

This lake house is in prime location and very affordable for the space and location for a family of 4. The decor is adorable and lots of entertainment in and around the house. Bathrooms were very clean. However beyond the bathrooms the house was very dusty, the dishes were filthy and the floor was pretty dirty. There was a terrible smell from the fridge area all weekend. Additionally and the most concerning of anything was the state of the window AC units- all 3 are covered in black residue with all the check filter lights on and all Of us (myself, husband and our 2&4 year old) felt very ill respiratory wise by our 4th night there. If it wasn’t for the terrible ac situation we may consider staying again (we come in town for extended periods often as our family have a dock at CIC which is about 2min away).

Perfect space for short get away

Tidy and clean. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. It was a perfect spot for our small family. It was great having a washing machine, and kitchen. Great location. Just a short walk from the Miller Ferry. Would recommend.

Cute cottage! Great location. Loved the outdoor area, felt private. Walked to ice cream, bar/restaurant w music & neighborhood on the water for exercise.

Great location!

Cute townhouse in a great location. Just a couple minute walk to the ferry and you can see the water from the driveway! Beds were comfortable.

Extremely convenient to the Lake Erie/Put in Bay area

Property was conveniently located two blocks away from where the Miller Ferry takes you to Put-in-Bay. Nice flat, walking surface to walk the neighborhood. The grounds were nicely manicured with three huge pumpkins that were kind of neat to see at the end of Summer. Nice cafes/restaurants in the area within a three minute drive distance. The nicest Walmart wasn’t far for any groceries or last minute items you forgot to pack. We stayed during two record breaking downpours and we had no issues at all with the grounds/no flooding interior or exterior.

Not what we thought

Location of property is great for the Put-In-Bay Ferry. First, many people are sensitive to the Scent Air Scents. My need to put in description that these items are used. Need to tell the people that one of rooms has a VERY HARD mattress. You also my want to add about 3 flashlight plug ins for when electric is lost these flashlights could be used.
