This is a well appointed two story property with 3 loft beds in an open area, one king and two twin beds with a full bath upstairs. Downstairs there is another bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom. Fully furnished with kitchen appliances. Attractive island themed decorations inside. Outside deck with grill and fire pit. Very short walk to Miller’s Ferry which is your gateway to Put n Bay. Obviously a very short walk to the shores of Lake Erie to enjoy the water sunsets and sunrises among other activities.
If you are planning on taking the ferry to Put-N-Bay please check Miller’s ferry schedule ahead of time as it will vary this time of year.

Great House with lots of natural lighting and very clean. The location is very convenient as it is right next door to the Ferry and close to all the Port Clinton and Catawba Attractions.

This house was the best! Clean, roomy, and great amenities. Fire pit was the best. Will stay again. Love the proximity to the Ferry. We had the best time. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

The location was so convenient for access to Put-In-Bay and other amenities in the area. Property was a little rough on the outside, but it's hard to keep things up this time of year. The upstairs air conditioner wasn't working well, We got along fine anyway. Really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect spot if you plan traveling between the islands! Cute place. Had a nice deck for morning coffee too. All amenities were listed and in working order.

This place was perfect for our fishing trip. Adequate parking for a truck and a boat and having the deck and grill outside worked out perfectly for us. The place was spacious and had everything we needed for cooking our own meals and relaxing.We will definitely stay here again.

A great location, very quiet even though it’s next to the ferry parking lot. Easy access to all of Catawba Island, Port Clinton, and Cedar Point.

Great Place and Perfect Location

We love this house! We've stayed here twice now, and each time has been so much fun. The location is absolutely perfect, and you can't ask for a better house. We'll definitely be back!

Great Fall Getaway

My wife and I came to Catawba for a weekend getaway and couldn't have been happier with our stay. Great place, got the fire pit going, and enjoyed some of the complimentary snacks that were provided.

perfect location/property
