Guests will have private access to the apartment for the duration of their stay.
Other Things to Note:
Important Notice - Balcony Temporarily Unavailable (Updated: July 6, 2026)
Please note that the balcony is temporarily unavailable due to a seasonal seagull nesting and hatching period.
During this time, seagulls may become protective of their nests and behave aggressively if approached. For the safety of our guests, access to the balcony has been temporarily restricted until the nesting season has passed.
Unfortunately, this is a seasonal wildlife situation that is outside of our control, and despite attempts to deter the birds, the issue cannot be safely resolved while they are nesting.
We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience. The rest of the apartment and all other amenities remain fully available for your stay.
PLEASE NOTE: We have one reserved parking space available to offer for $20/night. Please let us know in advance if you would like to avail of the parking space so we can make sure of availability and transact.
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
