Property was as pictured and described,Host was great until we had an issue with the A/C one night which was the night of my son’s birthday.It didn’t get fixed until the we hours of the next day so we lost the entire evening to the Florida heat and the house was over 80 something degrees. Once the independent emergency technician got there he went right to work did a good job getting us up and running but the party was over and we just wanted to sleep it was so late.All we wanted was a little compassion from the Global realty group but nope nada, they didn’t give a crap about any inconvenience nothing, but man would they argue and quote the contract over and over.A 50 gift certificate for my son’s birthday would show professionalism and integrity, but this company only cared about the profits and wasn’t willing to give up one dollar. what a shame.We will definitely be back every year What a beautiful location, but we will never book through this agency again only because of the type of people they are.it’s all about the point, not the money!

I am truly sorry to see this type of review. We truly bend over backwards for our guests, and are extremely compassionate about making vacations wonderful. The vendor received our call at 7:24PM. The tech was scheduled to be there between 7:30-9:30 but had issues with the job before this one, which happens, so he did not make it until 11:35 PM. He was done at 12:18AM. Less than an hour after arriving. He was late but still there within like 4 hours, which is pretty great considering it is a Sunday night after-hours call. Again, I am sorry that you feel that we did not respond or react to a common issue, which is an air conditioner not working. But we did respond in an efficient and effective manner.
