Spacious Canal Front Pool Home - Pet Friendly

Spacious PET FRIENDLY three bedroom screened pool home is just minutes by bike or car to the Punta Gorda downtown area, offering activities, and many restaurants, with a few of those being pet friendly. UNFORTUNATELY, THE BOAT DOCK IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE AT THIS TIME.

Just completed a major renovation. The master bedroom boasts, a California king size bed, there are sliders that open to the pool area. At the end of the hall leading to the master is a door that may be close to allow privacy from other guests and the rest of the home. This is a split plan home with the master and guest on separate ends of the home. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and also has sliders to the pool area. The cabana bath, kitchen and living room also have doorways to the pool area. There are three sun loungers as well as a lower coffee table with six chairs. We provide beach towels. The third bedroom has been set up as an office/work space, with a leather futon the folds.
