Relaxing 3 Bedroom Home With Hot Tub

The open floor plan is great for guests to socialize and communicate freely with friends or family in the kitchen and dining room. This house is in a safe location, which is great for taking walks or riding your bike. The entire house is available as well as the scenic backyard. Our home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. An additional fee of $25 per person will apply for guests 7 and 8, as sleeping arrangements will be provided in the bunk beds.

We loved this house!Great screened in porch out back to sit and relax. The place was very clean and had many amenities. Would highly recommend for a comfortable stay!

Host was on top of everything and had great communication, everything was clean and ready for our stay. All the amenities were great and though we only stayed one night it was definitely a place we could have spent more.

Great house! Our family only stayed one night on our way to Port Canaveral for a cruise but would definitely book for a longer stay. Extremely clean home and host responded quickly to any questions. Thanks for a great start to our vacation!

Our stay was 1 nite but we will keep coming - enjoyed the spacious home - hot tub was an added bonus and the game room garage was a hit. Kitchen had all we needed and the coffee area had all we needed.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The owner was quick with her responses. She wasn't constantly watching my family during our stay on camera. The price for one night and the area was amazing I will be coming here again

My family and I had a great time staying at Dustin and Colleen's residence. The hot tub was a huge plus! The place was very clean and had everything that we needed. Great location great neighborhood with the park inside the neighborhood. It was all around a 10 out of 10.

Very nice house! Perfect for our one night stay. Very close to Jaxoort cruise terminal. Highly recommend if you are coming into town to take a cruise out of Jacksonville.

This is a beautiful home in a private neighborhood, close to everything! We had a really great weekend, the hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful, updated home, very clean, easy check in, great location. Great experience, would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying again, thank you so much Dustin and Colleen, five stars all the way!!
