My wife and I scheduled a vacation to fish and enjoy vehicle accessible beaches. This place was perfect! Nice restaurants nearby, even a ferry to cross the river south to Jacksonville. The house was clean, with a pleasant layout. I would recommend this place and plan a future return.

Beautiful home. Great set up if you have little children. High chair, changing table and more. Love the view with birds and dolphins. Centrally located. We will stay again.

St. Paddy Family Visit

Great place that is centrally located to the Jacksonville area. Close to the Tincuan trailhead and many attractions. House has pretty much all you need with a scenic view.

Our stay was wonderful. The host was very attentive. He provided all details and was very easy to stay in contact with. The property was right on the water, relaxing, and as described on VRBO. We will definitely stay there again.

Great location

The location was close to downtown and the beaches. The dock provided a nice place to sit and fish. Overall, the home was perfect and very accommodating. I would definitely rent the property again.

Picture perfect!

Our family needed a place to stay for a competition at Jacksonville Sporting Clay Range. This house was the absolute perfect location! My son loved being able to fish off the dock! I was able to lounge by the pool and read a book in our down time. We will definitely book this location again!

We had a wonderful stay at Casamar while moving our son into Jacksonville University. Check-in was a breeze in our little home away from home. Joseph was quick to respond and was very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. Casamar was very clean, had amazingly comfortable beds and a perfect place to enjoy coffee and river wildlife in the mornings (including dolphins). We were able to cool off in the crystal clear pool as well and that was an added bonus to the amenities! Thank you so much for letting us use your home Joseph! We hope to stay again when visiting our son in the winter months!
