Please note our terms and conditions when booking:

i. This property is the perfect venue for families and friends, couples, mothers group weekends and golfing weekends.

ii. A bond is required for all stays, which is refunded after the property is checked and there are no damages.

iii. This property welcomes pets, subject to prior approval. Additional pet terms and conditions may apply.

iv. Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and complete a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been completed and approved by us. All bookings are subject to approval pending guest verification. Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory. Failure to complete the guest verification process within 24 hours of booking may result in automatic cancellation.

v. We do not accept schoolies, bucks or hens bookings, nor do we accept parties or events under any circumstances. This is due to strict council regulations enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council Short Stay Law, which all guests must agree to when booking. We thank you for your understanding.
