The unit was spacious with 3 rooms and 4 queen beds which may sleep 6-8 people. The unit was clean with necessary supplies, though we were missing a few utensils for cooking but we worked around the situation. The host was also responsive.However, the basement unit seems to have been rush renovated by less skilled labor and had visible stain on roof in living room. One of a larger concern was privacy as this shares the entrance with the upper unit, though the entrance to upper unit seems locked but still.
