This property is less than 5 minutes drive or a 10-15 minute walk to Milford, one of the most popular suburbs on the North Shore. With beautiful Milford beach, reserve and playground, so many cafes and restaurants to choose from. The Milford Mall is great for shoppers and the area has a New World and Woolworths, op shops, as well as the North Shore Hospital and Shorecare. A great local community, lots of families enjoying the vibe.
