• Parking pass must be filled out and displayed in vehicle(s) at all times throughout your stay. Guests are subject to fines if the completed pass is not displayed.
• No items can be above the bed of the truck or cars. This includes toolboxes, kayaks.
• No over-size vehicles.
• No trailers other than boat trailers allowed in the designated trailer parking. Trailer parking is available in the designated parking area only and MUST have the yellow circle pass hanging on their trailer. No cars/trucks can be parking in this area and they must be in between the lines.
• There is NO boat launch or slips available at this subdivision. The closest place is Port of Kimberling Marina aka What's Up Doc.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire condo, including the private deck. You’ll also have access to the resort’s shared amenities such as the pool, hot tub (seasonal), clubhouse, picnic areas, and boat ramp.
The Neighborhood:
Located just south of Kimberling City, this quiet lake-area community offers a peaceful setting surrounded by nature and close proximity to Table Rock Lake. You’ll be near local restaurants, marinas, and outdoor activities, while still within driving distance of Branson attractions.
Getting Around:
A vehicle is recommended for getting around the area. The property is about 1.5 miles from Kimberling City, with easy access to nearby marinas, dining, and attractions. Branson is approximately 45–60 minutes away, and Eureka Springs is about 30–45 minutes by car.
Other Things to Note:
• Please note that this property requires the ability to climb stairs. There are 2 flights (20 steps), which may not be suitable for individuals with limited mobility.
• 2 parking spaces available parking passes are required and must be placed in the windshield of the car when at the property, the passes will be located in the unit.
• The communal pools and hot tub are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Availability is subject to HOA maintenance schedules, so we are not liable for refunds in the event that these amenities are not available.
• Communal Boat ramp, overnight boat trailer parking. No electric.
• If any rules are broken the guests will be charged a fee by the HOA.
• A Pack n Play/portable crib is available upon request at no additional cost.
• This property is NOT pet friendly. There will be fines imposed for any evidence of unauthorized pets. Freedom complies with all ADA regulations and welcomes Service Animals. ESA's (Emotional Support Animals) are not allowed at this property.
• Service Animal requirements: 1 - The service animal may not be left alone in/around the property. 2 - The service animal must be on a leash when outside. 3 - Owners are required to pick up all pet waste.
