Home to iconic, white sandy beaches and bays, Tiny Lola allows you to feel the calm, salty air as you settle into your escape. Life at Tiny Lola moves slowly like the waves.



Head 3 hours south of Sydney, to the idyllic white sands and clear waters of Jervis Bay, where Tiny Lola resides. Overlooking a calm dam, Tiny Lola invites you to reconnect with family, hide away with friends or simply be still and rejuvenate your senses in the wild.



Featuring an outdoor bathtub on the deck and pergola for shade, this tiny home is perfect for all seasons in the wild. Please note that in preparation for Tiny Lola, some clearing was done, and the land is currently in the process of regenerating. To help with this, stone pathways have been created. While it will take some time for the greenery to return, Tiny Lola remains a beautiful and unique escape.



The Space:

Tiny Lola sleeps up to six people with a queen bed in the window and a double bed in the loft. There is also a reverse-cycle air conditioner and heating unit. Perfect for friends, or family wanting to escape! Tiny Lola is suitable for a two-wheel drive. Please park your vehicle and walk 5 metres. A coastal, adventure awaits!



Warm outdoor baths in winter, cool outdoor dips in summer — our bathtubs are made for every season. On hot days, simply fill the tub for an easy, refreshing soak under the sunshine. In winter, they become the perfect place to unwind in a warm, steamy bath surrounded by nature. Additionally, Ruger - the resident dog may make an occasional appearance and wander by to say hello.



There is also a reverse-cycle air conditioner and heating unit. Perfect for friends, or family wanting to escape!



The Neighborhood:

This tiny home is just a short 9-minute drive from the coastal town of Huskisson, with a plethora of bays and beaches on your doorstep. The iconic Hyams Beach is also a short 9-minute drive away.



Getting Around:

It's best to drive to our tiny homes, due to their rural locations.



Other Things to Note:

Given her incredible location in Jervis Bay, we’ve made slight adjustments to our usual rules of total seclusion. Though still secluded, you may catch glimpses of a distant house and some farm machinery. We’re confident you’ll love her just as much!
