Wonderful short stay

We booked the lovely house in a last minute for a quick getaway from work. We really enjoy every minute during our stay. There was plenty of firewood and we kept the fireplace running since we arrived middle of winter. The private jetty in front of the house was so perfectly situated on the peaceful lake. One thing to be aware. The neighbour few houses down don’t seem to like dogs and is very rude and aggressive. And also, theirs a lot of kangaroos hanging around the property, we love to see kangaroos but my dog seem to get very excited around them. All in all, we love this property and will definitely come back

Amazing!!!

Amazing view sooooo many roos only downfall was we didn't get much sun will love to come back in summer please consider installing an air conditioner and the power seemed to keep short circuiting cute little oven that worked surprisingly well though...very very relaxing with beautiful view of the mountains highly recommend!!!🤗

My dog and I have stayed here on a number of occasions and we are always so happy to arrive, and so sad to leave. The peace is amazing, the sunsets and sunrises glorious, and the accommodation adorable.

Beautiful location with a view of the bay. The boat house was such a lovely, aesthetically pleasing environment. If you love to kayak it is an amazing place to be. The water is shallow for young children to play in. Great coffee and art gallery near- by, with artisan pizza.

Lakeside cabin with all the bases covered

This place is what it says on the tin, nothing flash but it has all the basics and it’s a good location right on the lake with Booderee NP, Hyams Beach, Vincentia shops and Huskisson short drives away. We would come back especially if they changed the settee and the bed which would increase the comfort level substantially. Dare I say wifi would be a good addition and a new teapot.

Just lovely

A cute little boat house that was fully equipped and totally comfortable. Very simplistic but quiet great scenery and the local wildlife was a cool touch. Our little Japanese Spitz Yuki loved running around. Quick drive to near buy town (5 mins) if you need anything but adds to the quiet nature of the place.

My husband, I and our dog have always enjoyed our stay here. It's right next to the water so the dog can play in the water, great view and and lots of roos.

Great location

Great location and great place. Webber BBQ was great, fire place perfect. Plenty of room to park the boat, clean and tidy. The only negative was the hot water system. It could only do one (1) shower. We both needed showers before heading out for dinner and the second shower was cold. Understand the hot water will heat but maybe after an hour or. No good if you are going for dinner date.

Epic stay!

We spent 2 nights and had the best time. Beautifully appointed and stocked with every home comfort. Super clean. Connected with nature and all it has to offer - birds, Roos and a friendly Rooster and a cute Beagle. Amazing sunrise and sunsets with million dollar views, Paddleboarding, bbqs and cocktails on the deck. A treasure 🙏

Beautiful outlook over the bay

Wonderful and peaceful place to stay with all the amenities you may need, with a beautiful outlook and roaming wildlife including kangaroos, birds and ducks/ducklings. Highly recommended.

What a great position

Very happy with property , well stocked kitchen. Stove a little tricky and very slow. BBQ would not work for us as it was very windy and it just would not keep alight. Unfortunately when the wind comes up there is not much protection at the front. There is a sofa bed, which is really uncomfortable but probably would be ok for a child (this was not specified in description)

Brilliant location

This property is just wonderful. Great location and beautiful outlook. Check in details and easy enough to get access. Lots of information if you are unfamiliar with the area. Fully self contained. Easy to navigate property. Clean and neat. Downside: the bench cabinets are way over the standard 900mm - it's like the property was built for the land of the giants. Even the fridge sits on top of a platform? And pray you don't need the assistance of the property manager. He/she won't return your calls. That was a low point.

Right on the water

Cannot ask for much more than the amazing view of the sunset and the water we had from our personal pier! Also close to lots of other fun spots for walking, swimming, stand up paddle boarding, nice dinners etc Lovely little house with truly everything you need for you and someone else to stay comfortably in.

Beautiful spot

It was a beautiful place to stay nicr and clean and very well looked after. The only thing wr have a complain about it the sofa and bed very uncomfortable especially when we are there for 7 days its hard on the back. But apart from that we do recommend this place to stay. Gorgeous 😍

Perfect location

This property is the perfect location to just get away from it all and chill! We took our pup and he loved it, was in and out of the water all day. Everything you need to cater Jenny was great with contact and thank you for allowing us to check out late. We will definitely be back, this will be our R&R out of the hustle of Sydney when we need it!

Love everymoment

Jenny’s place according to the neighbour is “gold” and we couldn’t agree more! Humble setting amongst the locals but with the best views and if you are into water sports, you can either watch people playing right in front of you or join them! Short drive to all places! Little details are thought of and we had great time!
