North facing rooms capture fabulous views of rolling hills all the way to the Blue Mtns, meandering cows and if you’re lucky, the odd wombat! The property consists of 3 wings or pods: The main wing features an open plan kitchen, living & dining room, laundry, a large open fire; A main bedroom + ensuite and a secondary double bedroom (sleeps 4) A semi- detached wing offers two more bedrooms (queen and 2 x singles) and bathroom (sleeps 4)queen and 2 x singles) and bathroom (sleeps 4) A teenage retreat (or a room for kids ‘en masse’), with two double bunks and two trundle beds (sleeps 6) The home sleeps 8 comfortably, but can sleep up to 14 if need be. Think of roaring fireplaces and underfloor heating on cold nights and in the warmer weather wide terraces set for long lunches under the trees, celebratory drinks, BBQ's and evenings around the firepit listening to the lowing of cows. PLEASE NOTE** This is a 5 bedroom property that sleeps 14 people. Note: You must take your rubbish with you as there is no collection at this property. We will charge a $80.00 fee if you leave rubbish behind. We supply 4 garbage bags so if you create more, you will need your own.
