This is the experience of a lifetime. Enjoy an action filled evening with a ping-pong table followed by a movie night with the family on the 65" TV on the house!

Our home consists of 3 bedrooms each equipped with a queen sized bed or double sized bed and a fully stocked kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Our amenities are listed below in detail.

- 65” Smart TV (equipped with Netflix and Apple TV)
- High Speed Wi-Fi
- Free Washer and Dryer in basement
- Free Parking for 2 vehicles (Driveway and garage)
- Fully equipped kitchen (including pots, pans, utensils set, dinnerware, cutlery and kettle)
- Fully stocked bathroom (including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh linens/towels)
- Coffee machine along with complimentary coffee
- A kettle with complimentary tea

We provide a secure and seamless check-in process via a Number Pad using a code created specifically for you. Guests also have access to a full, private backyard perfect for activities with family, friends and pets!

None of the above is shared with anyone but the guest.

Other things to note
1. No parties are permitted.
2. No unauthorized guests are permitted.
3. No smoking of any kind inside the home ($500 smoking fee in effect).
4. Check-In: 3:00PM & Check-Out: 10:00AM (Self check-in is available).
5. Government-issued ID required before booking is confirmed.
6. Public intoxication is not allowed and may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

If guests fail to checkout at 10am (unless otherwise agreed upon), charges for waiting time of housekeepers will be passed on to guests which is $50 after 11:00am.

Please note there are cameras on the exterior of the home facing away from the home that are actively recording 24/7. There are noise detectors on site which monitor how loud the home is but does not record audio.

Kindly inform us of any guests requiring an air mattress more than 24 hours prior to your check in. For reservations with guests fewer than 9 an air mattress will not be provided.

Our backyard is available for your enjoyment; however, we kindly ask that it be used only until 10:00 PM, as we strictly observe quiet hours. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation, we truly appreciate it and hope you enjoy your stay!

NOTE : A refundable security deposit of $250 is required prior to check-in. This deposit is collected at the time of guest completing pre-check-in verification and will be held on your payment method for the duration of your stay.

We provide a Damage Waiver option. This waiver covers reported incidental damage to the property during your stay, ensuring that minor mishaps don't disrupt your visit or your finances. Waiver Fee: A non-refundable of $35 per night is applied to your stay.
