Welcome to our modern 3-bedroom townhouse nestled in the serene heart of Cambridge, just moments away from the convenience of the 401 highway.

Spread across three levels, this townhouse offers a seamless blend of contemporary design and comfort. The ground floor greets you with a foyer, a closet, a convenient garage, and a laundry area, ensuring your arrival is met with practicality and ease.

Ascending to the second level, you'll discover an expansive open-concept living space boasting a living room, kitchen, and dining area under soaring 9-foot ceilings. Step outside to your balcony or retreat to the backyard oasis, seamlessly accessible from this level.

Venture to the third floor, where tranquility awaits in the form of three beautifully appointed bedrooms. Each room offers a peaceful sanctuary for rest and rejuvenation, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests.

For added peace of mind, our townhouse is equipped with security cameras at strategic locations, including the front door, garage, and furnace & water softener area in the basement. While our neighbourhood is known for its safety, these additional measures provide an extra layer of security and reassurance for our guests.

Parking Information:

- Parking is available for up to two vehicles (standard cars or mid-sized SUVs).
- The garage fits one car or a normal-sized SUV. Please note: large trucks may not fit comfortably.
- The driveway, located directly in front of the garage, serves as the second dedicated parking spot.
- We do not accommodate two trucks.
- Additional parking elsewhere is at your own risk.

- Please dispose of all garbage in the bins located in the garage.
- We kindly ask that you leave the space tidy.
- Please return everything to its original place, just as you found it at check-in.
- Before you go, make sure to lock both the backyard and front doors.

The house and the check in formalities was smooth, except for the fact that the property owner missed communicating the unit number. We found the house eventually. Apart from that the house has all facility that one requires is there.

Quiet and convenient

Nice quiet area yet nice Cafe restaurants or pubs a short drive down the road.very clean well maintained townhouse. Spent a week there and it quickly felt like home. A safe comfortable place for family. I'd highly recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate too return on another occasion
