Note: The kitchen is located on the 2nd floor and requires stairs.

Situated on a large 3‑acre lot surrounded by nature, this spacious lodge offers privacy, open space, and easy access for groups and families. Neighbours are 5 acres away, giving you a peaceful, secluded basecamp for your Tobermory adventures.

Both the main entrance and back entrance offer easy, step‑free access to the ground level. Vehicles can be driven right up to the front or back doors for unloading gear and accessing the mudroom + laundry area.

Grotto Basecamp is located 1 minute to main town of Tobermory. Its tucked in no neighbours but the quiet campground. This hideaway can be enjoyed with just acres away from everyone but yet into.

The house also is very accessible for anyone who choses to avoid stairs. With Game Lounge that converts into Open Layout Sleeping areas - perfect for anyone who requires space to move around.
Wide open entries Front Entrance & back yard entry with both ground level drive-up driveway.
