The Space:

The ground level is designed for both relaxation and outdoor fun, featuring a king bedroom with a couch for lounging. Guests can enjoy a variety of outdoor amenities, including cornhole, table tennis, bikes with helmets, single-seat kayaks, and beach chairs, perfect for making the most of your stay.



The main living level features a fully equipped kitchen with a toaster oven, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, along with a comfortable living area and TV. This floor also includes a queen bedroom with a dedicated workstation and a full bathroom conveniently located just outside the bedroom.



The upper level offers a bunk room with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, making it ideal for kids or groups, as well as an additional king bedroom with its own dedicated workspace and TV. This floor includes two full bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite attached to the king bedroom, while the other is accessible from the hallway.



With multiple workstations, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and a variety of indoor and outdoor amenities, this home is perfect for relaxing, working remotely, or enjoying everything the area has to offer.
