New Construction Home! Don’t miss your chance to be one of the first guests at this newly built, high-end vacation home! Nestled away on a quiet street just off of picturesque Lakeshore Drive, this home offers secluded privacy perfect for enjoying the outdoors while being just a short drive from area beaches and downtown Saugatuck & Douglas. The main level features an open concept kitchen, dining, living area with space for your whole group to gather together. The home’s second level offers four bedrooms as well as a common space living area. The master bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom, two bedrooms each with a queen bed, a bunk room with twin over full and a full bathroom complete this level. The lower level features yet another family room area along with the fifth bedroom and full bathroom. The outdoor space is not to be missed either--complete with a large front and back yard, deck for outdoor dining & outdoor hot tub. Lake Escape is the perfect place for making vacation memories!

Great for our family gathering!

We did Thanksgiving with our out of town family and this place was perfect for what we needed. All the amenities needed were there and it was perfect with our kids. Highly recommend.

Perfect for family getaway

Really enjoyed the place and the setting for a three generation family getaway. Communication with management was excellent. Highly recommend.

Family beach trip

Our stay was fantastic! The communication from the property management group was great and all questions were answered in a timely manner. The house itself was much bigger than the photos let on! The main living/dining/kitchen area was great for the whole family (11 of us) to comfortably hang out and spend time together. A very quick drive to the beach and on a beautifully, quiet, secluded street. Would definitely stay again!

Great experience

Was in Fenville for my daughters wedding. House was exactly as described. The hot tub was a hit. It had everything we needed and was close to all attractions would stay again

Roomy house in lovely location

We stayed here with extended family for a big anniversary, and there was plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy our time together. We were very grateful to the hosts for being flexible to us when our dates needed to change. Be aware that the best way to reach hosts is by leaving a message on their phone (vs. messaging through the app). A couple of members of our group would’ve been grateful for improvements to the beds, which were not super comfy.

Relaxing

We had a very relaxing stay at this rental. It was as advertised and we would stay again. Our group's opinion was that the fees were slightly high, but we knew what we were paying going in and still had an enjoyable experience.

Beautiful Home

Every few years we do an all girls trip…Aunts, cousins, sisters. This year we went to Michigan. The house is beautiful and looked exactly as pictured. There were 11 of us and we had plenty of space to spread out without feeling crowded. On our first day the internet did not work at no fault of the rental agency…a line was cut. When I called they immediately were able to get someone out over the weekend to fix it. The communication was great and immediate. The house was so clean and beautifully appointed. I only have good things to say about our stay. Very simple and close drive into Saugatuk and a few minute walk to Sunset Park. If we were ever to get up that way again I’d rent a property from Kevin for sure!

Fennville Fun vacation home

We enjoyed oir stay in this newly built home. It was impeccably clean on arrival. The property managers were very responsive. The supplies and amenities were minimal and we had to request more during our short stay. The location near Saugatuck/Douglas is great with lots to do there and places to eat! The Sunset park is a short walk or bike ride down the road. The house has nice privacy. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful stay!

We all fell in love with Michigan and this property during our stay. We were very impressed with how spacious, up to date and clean this property was. The location was perfect and the surrounding area was beautiful. Our only wish was that our stay was longer!!

Family get-together

The property was beautiful!! The house was just as the pictures show. Outside area was very nice. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glasses, etc. We enjoyed the deer that would come right in the yard. Amazing place that was enjoyed by a large family group!

Relaxing and fun extended weekend!

The house and property was beautiful and very clean. Quality house, decorated with beautiful furnishings. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the great hot tub and beautiful wooded surroundings! We grilled out with family and enjoyed a nice time at Oval Beach, shopping and dinner in Saugatuck, along with shopping in Douglas. We will definitely come back!

Great stay!

The home is brand new! We were very close to downtown Saugatuck and Douglas which was a huge plus. Plenty of room for the entire extended family (10 of us total).

Fantastic House

We absolutely loved our trip. The house is brand new and the pictures don’t do it justice. Great space for a group of people. Short drive to Saugatuck. Host had great communication, was pleasant and went above and beyond. We can’t wait to stay here again.
