O'Dock is a nice apartment located 2 steps from the Place de la Joliette, in the new Euroméditerranée district emblematic of the revival of Marseille. Completely renovated and tastefully decorated in 2021 it offers a nice quiet room overlooking courtyard and a beautiful living room with 3 windows street side. This beautiful apartment will allow you to discover the new Marseille, the shopping center of the Terrasses du Port, the Dock , while being close to the Old Port and the historic center, the Panier district a few minutes walk.

Composition of the apartment:
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with classical architecture called the 3 windows marseillais. Upon entering you will find on your right the quiet room overlooking courtyard and offering a large wardrobe. On your left a corridor leading to the water rooms (separate toilet) and overlooking a beautiful room with the famous 3 windows and a beautiful open kitchen.

The apartment is fully equipped to make you feel at home: Wifi/ Washing Machine/ Dishwasher / Nespresso Coffee Machine/ Welcome coffee capsules offered ...

The Cocoonr service:
You will be greeted on site in a personalized way by a person from the agency Cocoonr Marseille who will present you the accommodation, answer your questions and hand you the keys.

Bed linen and towels of hotel quality (4/ 5 stars) are provided, your bed will be made on your arrival. Towels and bath mats also provided. Wifi internet access by fiber.

Geographical location:
By staying at theapartment O'dock you make the choice of a neighborhood in complete change. La Joliette symbolizes the opening of Marseille to the North with the expansion of maritime trade activity and the creation of the new port around the middle of the 19th century. La Joliette joins the Old Port by one of the most beautiful streets of Marseille, the Rue de la République and its magnificent Haussmannian-style building. A tram and a metro are 2 minutes from the apartment.

This district is now called Euroméditerranée because it is the name of the 2nd French public investment project (after Paris La défense). It is the new Marseille, the rehabilitation of the magnificent building of the Docks, the construction of a new shopping center brand new with terrace on Sea: Les Terrasses du Port, and the growth of many skyscrapers makes it an essential crossing point to discover and understand Marseille.

Great location and value!!!

This apartment had everything needed for a great stay in Marseille. The Joliette metro station is literally around the corner and there are tons of restaurants and grocery stores within a 5 minute radius, not to mention a really nice shopping and entertainment complex overlooking the sea. The apartment is very clean and just as bright as in the pictures. It was a very comfortable stay.

It was a great flat in an ideal place. Close to Le Panier and Vieux Port. Kitchen was well equipped and all of the flat was clean. Sirine welcomed us and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Le seul problème reste le quartier très bruyant et le nombre de rats incalculables dès qu’on rentre à partir de 18h. Le « seul » bémol fut les bruits, un bruit non identifiable mais de très courte durée à toute heure de la journée matin comme durant la nuit (comme des bruits de travaux) qui venait d’un autre appartement probablement, et un autre bruit qu’on entendait uniquement le soir dans le salon, et qui ressemblait à des rats qui grattaient le mur ce qui était invivable pour la personne qui dormait au salon. Après plusieurs questionnements pour comprendre d’où venaient ces bruits, j’ai donc décidé de dormir au salon le dernier soir, armoires ouvertes et lumière allumée, et j’ai constaté que ces bruits étaient en fait dû à la présence de souris se baladant également dans l’appartement lorsqu’il n’y avait plus d’activité de notre part (vidéos et audios enregistrés). J’ai signalé cela à l’agence qui a été réactive et j’attend leur retour. Courage aux prochains voyageurs !"

O'dock Appartement très propre, bien équipé, disponibilité du Host,pour nous c'était Lyes, pour toutes questions concernant l'appartement et l'endroit pour se garer. Le quartier nécessite à mon goût de se garer dans un parking, celui de la Joliette n'est pas très loin et en réservant la place via internet le prix est plutôt raisonnable ( 48€ pour 3) .

Alles in allem gut

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, völlig in Ordnung, und check in und out haben reibungslos geklappt. Einzig nicht erwähnt wurde, dass der Blick auf die rue de l horizon geht und sich dort gegenüber eine Suppenküche und Obdachlosenunterkunft befindet. Die schön renovierte Wohnung befindet sich in einem unsanierten Haus, Treppenhaus und Klappläden sind reparaturbedürftig. Insgesamt ist die Umgebung ziemlich rau.

Il manquait plus qu'un parasol, pains de glaces et ça aurait été parfait. Le logement était propre. Il y a de nombreux linges de maison disponible. Très bon emplacement par rapport au métro 2, bus et tramway. À 5min des terrasses du vieux port. Dommage que la rue soit passante si on laisse les fenêtres ouvertes le bruit est constant (notamment dû à la chaleur de l'été). La communication avec l'agence est fluide et amicale."

Siamo stati accolti molto bene da Aya, che ci ha spiegato come usare l'appartamento, che è stato ristrutturato da poco e benissimo, è molto pulito e il suo arredamento moderno e su misura si è rivelato rilassante e pratico. Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. La camera da letto era silenziosa e il letto comodo. La cucina disponeva di tutto il necessario, anche le cialde per la macchinetta del caffè. Grazie a Cocoon, speriamo di ritornarci e lo consigliamo a tutti
