Newly updated furnishing, roomy 1 Bed 1 bath basement apartment with a private entrance to this fully furnished and recently updated space.
Including all linens, towels, and kitchen necessities for your stay.

Close to the malls and Hwy 264 - 15 mins to downtown. 16 mins to Churchill downs. Located on a dead end street with a big yard and adjacent to a park with a creek and walking path.

This is the basement area of a private home in a nice neighborhood.
This area is completely closed off and private from the other spaces. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom, plus a fold out sofa bed to comfortably sleep 4.

Golf trip to Valhalla

Overall stay was okay but could have been better had the online listing been accurate. It says it sleeps six but when we arrived, there was only the queen bed and twin futon. The double sofa bed was non-existent, which would’ve been fine had it not been four grown men in their 40’s staying there. The host Kari was contacted and she brought over a twin cot, which was broken but we just put the mattress on the floor. The queen air mattress, which is provided upon request, also deflated which was a bummer. The internet did not work which made watching TV impossible. Thankfully, we were able to use a hotspot. I know, who goes on vacation to just watch TV but when the weather sucks or you’re winding down, a little TV is nice. Lastly, there is no air conditioner. This property is located in the basement and stays relatively cool but I cannot imagine what it would feel like in the summer. Overall, both Cynthia (property manager) and Kari (host), were responsive and willing to help. This stay would’ve been perfect had the listing been accurate. Thanks, Four guys and a van!

one star is too much for this property,my advice never book in this property (dogs house)it’s the filthiest place i ever stayed in, pets hair all over the house beds,blankets,sheets,pillows ,sofas and rugs (unbelievable)swimming pool not clean neither i contacted the host about it she said it’s on the listing it’s pet friendly so it’s been never been cleaned after the previous guests the blankets,sheets,pillows cases never been changed or washed the owner lives in this house and all their filthy stuff in it. i booked it for 6 nights but i left right away because we couldn’t stand the filth sneezing and Itchin while we were there couldn’t get a refund or get the host to clean the filth,i sent all the pictures and videos to verbo I was expecting them to be fair with me, but they didn’t help or do anything for me so I just lost all the money $2.675 verbo supposed to take this property listing off immediately

Perfect for our stay

This was a great vrbo experience. The host was so helpful and accommodating. The pictures on vrbo are completely accurate. The pool was great and exactly what we needed. It was clean and pretty much anything we needed was there.

From our checking in

We arrived at the property and was told by the owner we couldn't check in because there was too many people. VRBO was very helpful. When we did finally get into the home, 3 days later, found it to be okay. There were lots of cooking and baking pans and bowls but nothing else. The spices are very outdated. There are cameras ìnside the home. The pool was nice and outside area had nice chairs and other seating. The hot tub was also enjoyed. There was specific areas to be parked in. The jungle gym is not safe for kids to be on. There was a 700pm to 700am quiet time; there was a small get together and 2 dogs barking at midnight by the renter of the home the night before we were leaving. The description of this home was misleading and we would not book this again.

Quiet Neighborhood but close to Louisville attractions!

We wanted to take the family to Kentucky Kingdom but didn’t want to stay in all the hustle and bustle ... plus we wanted a pool for the kids to enjoy. This was the perfect location and a great place! Kari (the owner) was awesome to work with as well 💜 Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay just outside of Louisville.

The kids absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. The house was nice. The air conditioner went out while we were there and Kari put a portable unit in till the next day when the tech came and fixed it. You were close to every thing but felt like you were miles away because it was such a quiet neighborhood.

Great Property!

This place is perfect for a short getaway for the family with plenty of comfortable space to be together and separate. The hot tub is awesome.

Great location and plenty of room

We were there for a USABMX National race series. The track was only a 13 minute drive away so this house was perfect. Lots of shopping, activities (zip lining and horseback riding) and restaurants nearby.

Great house - highly recommend!

The house was in a very nice neighborhood. It was nicely appointed with comfortable furniture. The yard was very large and well-kept. There was plenty of parking. The basement tenant was unobtrusive. Communications with the owner were easy. She was very helpful and quick with her responses I wish the pool had been heated and that there had been a washer and dryer, but other than that, the place was great!

Emasculate! Nice pool.

The house is broken up with two other tenants (very quiet and this IS in the description). However if you are creepy about close neighbors and large dog, this may not be the place for you! My husband and I had a delightful stay!

Louisville stay

We stayed for 4 nights it was excellent my boys loved the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub! The place was spacious and we loved the area close to everything!

Perfect Getaway!

This was a perfect place to get away to rest and relax. The pool and hot tub were amazing, the house was beautiful, and we had everything we needed for a perfect family trip. The property manager was great to work with - very responsive and friendly! I highly recommend this rental!
