Bright and welcoming one bedroom apartment in a triplex building steps from all the Highlands has to offer. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, tall chest of drawers, and corner closet with hangers and small dresser. The bathroom is stocked with shower necessities, a hair dryer, and curling iron- just in case.

The living room has a brand new queen pull out bed. Extra blankets are hanging ready to cuddle up with. An extra sheet set and pillows will be provided for this bed for stays of 3-4 people.

Free street parking. TV with Firestick. In-building laundry available for stays over 1 week, will consider for shorter stays upon request prior to check-in.

12 minutes from the airport. 7 minutes from downtown attractions and most Hospitals. 13 minutes from Churchill Downs. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are readily avaialable to take you whereever you heart desires. There is also a city bus stop out front, although Lyft and Uber are recommended.

Being so close to everything, the house is located on a busy street with a lot of people passing by. You will likely hear some of the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood throughout your stay in the unit and may come across some locals on your walks to tour the town.

For ease of access guests will be provided a door lock code for self check-in.
