Located in a hamlet it enjoys a privileged location, close to the centre of the station.



It consists of 404 apartments spread over 8 buildings of 3 to 7 floors, most of which have an elevator.



A shuttle (free for Maeva residents) connects Les Coches daily to Montchavin.
