Captiva Bay 104 offers a sought-after mid-town bayside retreat with a bright, open floor plan designed for comfort and connection. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo features sliding glass doors that lead to a private balcony overlooking the bay—perfect for enjoying peaceful mornings or sunset views. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffeemaker, and a breakfast bar with seating for four, flowing seamlessly into a dining area that accommodates six, making it easy to gather while preparing and sharing meals. The property comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, with a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed and a twin bunk bed with in the second bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room for additional flexibility. The primary bedroom boasts a recently renovated, spa-like ensuite bath complete with double sinks, a stunning standalone tub, and a separate glass-enclosed shower. Conveniently located within walking distance to the beach—with a traffic light for easy crossing of Coastal Highway—this condo also offers practical amenities including two building elevators, free WiFi, multiple streaming TVs, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Rentals run Saturday to Saturday during the season. Guests are asked to bring their own sheets, towels, soaps, and paper products; however, an optional linen package is available for rent, and can be delivered on arrival and picked up at departure, including sheet sets and towel sets sized for maximum occupancy. This is a non-smoking, non-vaping property, and pets are not permitted. Group rentals for guests under 25 are not allowed. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of property details, they are not guaranteed. Please note that this property is not advertised on Craigslist.
