Escape to our beautiful townhome in the much sought-after community of The Sanctuary at Heron Harbour Isle that includes access to three sparkling outdoor pools (main, kiddie, & lap), Main pool is open after Labor Day! 9/2 - 9/28. Enjoy bayfront living and quiet side streets perfect for walking and biking. Amazingly, this oasis is just a short walk to the beach, grocery store, drug store, and restaurants.

An open floor plan, relaxing color choices and comfortable furnishings throughout, provides the perfect vacation experience. The gourmet kitchen has all of your meal preparation needs (cookware, utensils, drip coffee maker, Keurig, air fryer, toaster, blender, crock pot, etc.). Basic kitchen supplies (trash bags, hand soap, dishwashing & dishwasher detergent) are included. There's plenty of seating at the large dining table and kitchen island. A full-size washer and dryer (detergent & dryer sheets included) are on the first floor, and right off the dining area is a half bath.

In the living area is a 65-inch television that is connected to Wi-Fi, Google Chromecast, and YouTube TV. Take in the relaxing, bayfront scenery from the entire first floor. View the Northside Park Fireworks every Sunday night at 9 pm (June 8 - Aug. 31) from the comfort of the back deck that includes a table with seating for 8. The grassy area behind the house is great for cornhole and other yard games. The sunset view from the pier is spectacular!

The second floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has 1 Queen bed, a custom ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. There is a spacious, walk-in closet for all your storage needs. Wake up to calming, bayfront views from the master's private deck space. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed. The third bedroom sleeps 6 in comfortable, twin, built-in bunk beds. Each one has its own light, outlet and USB charging port. This room also has its own small deck space.

You'll have access to Assawoman Bay and surrounding waterways for boating, fishing, jet skiing, kayaking, and paddle boarding, The region is known for its abundance of top-tier golf courses, deep sea fishing excursions, proximity to Assateague Island, and Ocean City's popular 3-mile Boardwalk. On 125th Street is Northside Park, a 58-acre municipal complex that includes a large playground, ball fields, picnic areas, jogging paths, a fishing lagoon, and a 1/4-mile fishing/crabbing pier.

So, whether it's the Beach or the Bay or everything in between, this comfortable, smartly-designed home is the ideal setting to experience a fabulous vacation destination!

Perfect Quiet Getaway

Great experience staying here. Location was perfect spot to enjoy the on-property pool and the evening OC sunsets. Clean, convenient and close to everything our group wanted to do while we visited. Communication leading up to our stay was easy. Renting linens was a concern but the process was seamless. Would definitely recommend staying here.

One fabulous place in Ocean City

The property is clean, beautiful and truly one of the best in Ocean City. Great house

Great location- immaculate condo!

We have been going down to the Maryland beaches for over 30 years. This was by far one of the cleanest, well equipped, and stocked homes for our family beach trip. The view on the dock was gorgeous for sunsets. It is clear the owners care about the property and have put a lot of money and effort into every detail. Brittany was easy to communicate with. And we can’t wait to book again for next year!

Perfect vacation

Our family had the most magnificent vacation this year in this beautiful, beautiful place. The home is beautifully decorated. It is house warming , and inviting. Sitting out on the porch, and looking at the bay at sunset is almost like a little bit of heaven. Every imaginable. Item that you need for your trip was there. Very clean and we will be staying there next year possibly even longer thank you thank you thank you.

Beautiful home, perfect location!!

This condo was everything we wanted and more! Perfectly decorated and very clean on the inside with gorgeous views on the outside. Beautiful bay views with dock access for rented boats, paddle boards, etc. Backyard space was perfect for yard games over looking the water. Community pool was a 3 minute walk away and was very large and not crowded, kids really enjoy it there. Beach is about a 10-15 minute walk but parking access to the beach was super convenient and easy. Katie was an excellent host and was always available and accommodating. My family and I really enjoyed our time here between the newly decorated inside, beach, pool and backyard views. I highly recommend this place!!!

Fabulous

Our family has stayed in this amazing unit for over five years. I look forward to it my children look forward to it and I’d become friends with some of the neighbors . We look forward to seeing one another. It is the most beautiful beach home wonderful too. This home had everything you need and you can tell. It’s the owners love their home. If you want a great place to stay in Ocean City this is the place. Counting the days till next year when we’re there in August and it might be for two weeks next week. Debbie

Ocean City Beauty!

When my family asked to take their 21 year old brother to Ocean City MD for his birthday, honestly I wasn’t too excited. We had twin 2month Ollie grandchildren that needed to be included, so the 3 hour drive made sense for everyone. Arriving at our hosts beautiful home, which felt like we were the first group to ever use it, couldn’t be more immaculate. The house wasn’t missing a thing, the beauty of the bay, the lovely pool that we had access to, and even the kind neighbors just made it a perfect place for the 9 of us to stay. We had reservations every night for dinner, but we cancelled 2 of the 4, kids just loved staying home to cook ( amazing kitchen, you need to bring nothing but the food) and loved watching the sunsets from the gorgeous deck. Thank you Britney for being so accommodating!!!

Beautiful Home

I stayed for 3 days with my family in this beautiful home. The home was decorated very beautifully, and it was very clean and spacious. You definitely feel at home the minute you walk in. The master bedroom had a very beautiful view. Great location close to restaurants and shopping. My family and I enjoyed our stay, the kids really enjoyed themselves as well! Beautifully appointed/Great location

The condo was beautifully appointed and in a great location close to everything! In addition to the gorgeous beach decor throughout, the owner really thought of everything and equipped the condo with all of the conveniences of home. It was clean and we felt at ease right away. The master bedroom and bathroom was perfect and the kids loved the bunk room so much it was hard to get them to go to the beach! The owner provided thorough descriptions and instructions where necessary, and was available throughout our stay to offer additional recommendations and feedback. She was delightful and easy to deal with. The pictures accurately represent the property - we highly recommend it!

Relaxing Bayfront vacation

The view of the bay was fantastic. The townhouse was spacious and had everything we needed. The owner was very gracious & responsive. We were a family of 10 and we all had enough space. The open floor plan was perfect for us. Short walk to the community pool and to the beach. We had a great week!
