Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the registered guests are not permitted. Any breach of this rule may result in immediate eviction and the enforcement of penalties.

1. All guests are required to sign the Peachy Properties booking agreement prior to arrival.
2. For non-Airbnb bookings, a security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required. This will be released 7 days after checkout, pending property inspection.
3. Only the number of guests specified in your booking may be on the property at any time, with a strict maximum of 10 guests unless prior approval has been granted.
4. No parties, events, or unapproved gatherings are permitted at any time.
5. Loud music or any behaviour that may disturb neighbours is strictly prohibited at all times. Please note the property is fitted with noise monitoring alarms.
6. In accordance with local regulations, all outdoor areas must not be used after 10:00 PM.
7. Strictly no “schoolies”, bucks, or hens bookings are permitted under any circumstances.
8. Bookings are only accepted from groups aged 25 years and over.
9. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property.
10. Parking is permitted only in designated areas on the property. Street and nature strip parking are not permitted. The property provides parking for one vehicle in the garage and two vehicles in the driveway.
