Surrounded by forest and your own private lake - perfect for canoeing and fishing - it’s an ideal escape for families, groups, or anyone looking to enjoy nature without sacrificing comfort. The four-bedroom home is thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Spend your days exploring on-site hiking trails, cooling off in the pool, or simply taking in the peaceful setting. As the sun sets, unwind in the hot tub or sauna, then gather around the fire pit for quiet evenings under the stars. Inside, the spacious sunroom serves as a central hub for fun, featuring a bar, pool table, and ping pong. Generous living and dining areas create the perfect space to connect, while outside you’ll find lawn games, wide-open space for kids, and endless room to roam. This property shines in every season. Summer brings lake days and outdoor living, while winter transforms it into a perfect base for snowmobiling and a great area for hunting and outdoor adventures. We stayed with 10 people aged 15-75 and everyone loved the location and amenities. Sam is responsive and helpful. Will definitely be back.

We had a great time in July 2026 at this place. Place is clean, has everything you need. Excellent AC system in every room. Amazing place for people who love absolute privacy and quiet. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage! The host was prompt, responsive, and very easy to communicate with from start to finish. The cottage was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun vacation. There were plenty of entertainment options for both indoors and outdoors, so everyone in our group had a great time. It was the perfect getaway, and we would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you for helping make our vacation so enjoyable!

The property is in a beautiful location with a wonderful outdoor area, lots of greenery, a fire pit, kayaks, and great opportunities for fishing. My family especially enjoyed the time outside, and the kids had a lot of fun.Unfortunately, the inside of the house was quite disappointing. The house was not properly cleaned before our arrival — the floors, furniture, kitchen, refrigerator, and bathrooms all needed more attention. The hot tub was also dirty and had to be cleaned before we could use it. There were also very few basic cleaning supplies available.The pool was difficult for adults to use because the steps were not set up, and we also had trouble finding the garbage area and the kayaks.Overall, the location and outdoor space are lovely, but the house would benefit greatly from a thorough cleaning, better organization, and clearer instructions for guests.

Dans l’ensemble ce lieu offre beaucoup d’options autour et dans la maison tel que décrit dans l’annonce et sont des atouts très appréciés, piscine, bain tourbillon, sauna, billard, A/C, grande pelouse, vue panoramique, foyer extérieur, etc, Mais certaines améliorations pourraient rendre le lieu encore plus alléchant: une rampe d’escalier à l’entrée, pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, une échelle pour rentrer et surtout sortir de la piscine, des rideaux dans les chambres à coucher à l’étage. Le lac et les canots sont assez loin de la maison au bout d’un long chemin dans les bois, et un petit quai pourrait faciliter la mise à l’eau. Une ou deux moustiquaires sur les fenêtres de la véranda pour laisser rentrer l’air extérieur. Attention aussi aux ‘bibites’ en été qui piquent fort. Malgré tout, notre séjour en famille fut un succès, le joli petit village de Rosseau, sa belle petite plage et son port de plaisance sont à 10 minutes en auto. Et les vendredis matin c’est jour de marché en été, pour un air d’ambiance de vacances. Et les villageois sont sympas.
