Walk for 1 minute and you are at the beach swimming, or step outside the building to find the best restaurants, cafes, shops and bars. You will be in the most iconic street of Bondi Beach.

And, even in a central place with so much living around it, our apartment has soundproof windows that minimize the noise and offer a quiet place.

This modern apartment provides both vacationers and business visitors with the perfect alternative to a hotel. It will make you feel like you are at HOME; It`s bright, modern, sunny, beautiful, sparkling clean, and fits 2 people.

✔ Parking

Car space in a secure parking garage that fits with space for any big car.
Allocated car space has 2.1m clearance height x 6m long x 3m wide. Entry parking is through Jacques Avenue, around the corner.


✔ Rubbish and waste

Garbage room is located on B1. It`s out to the right side when exiting the lift and press the green button to enter to the garbage room.


✔ Beaches

Wake up and roll out of bed for a swim, then grab a coffee and breakfast. You can then for a walk from Bondi Beach to Bronte along the coastal walk.

Bondi Beach - is located a 1-minute walk.
Tamarama Beach - is located an 18 minutes walk.
Bronte Beach - is located 27 minutes walk.

Bondi Beach is the safest of the 3 local beaches and is patrolled by professional lifeguards all year round.


✔ Walks

You can go to the famous Bondi to the Coogee coast. This walk takes 2 to 3 hours to complete the return journey. The walk continues past Coogee to Maroubra for those who may want a longer walk.


✔ Cafes & Shops

You are located on the main street of Bondi called Hall St which is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, clothes stores, and much more.


✔ Kindly Note

This apartment is in a tranquil residential building. This is not the place for you if you`re planning to party or invite late-night groups of people to the property. Quiet times from 10 pm to 8 am Monday to Sunday.

You will have access to the whole apartment, as well as to the private garage.

2 sets of keys can be provided at the check-in + 1 remote control for the garage. Each set has XX keys easily explained in the check-in instructions.

If a set of keys is lost, there is an A$100.00 fee payable to replace that set.
If the remote control is lost, there is an A$300 fee payable to replace the remote.

If you want my cohost will be happy to check you in and show you around, and I am available to help with any doubts that you might have. Both of us are very quick to respond.

Then just a phone call away or text message if you need any advice or information. My cohost lives 1 block away from the building.

Bondi Beach is beloved for its laid-back bar scene, percolating cafes, Sunday markets, weekly backyard barbecues and the main celebrity in town - the epic Beach.

Enjoy spectacular sunrises and views of the Pacific Ocean while having a dip or walking along the white sands and route to cafes, restaurants, and bars.

Buses run every 15 minutes from Campbell Parade to Bondi Junction, the city till Circular Quay.

The bus stop (333) - It´s a short walk (1 minute) to Campbell Parade for buses to the city.

Uber OLA or Taxify - always around and much cheaper than normal taxis. Get the app.

This is a private unit ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON`T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay.

There are everything that you need to get started as a base while getting established here for work, study, or holidays.

NO PARTIES!
Absolutely no parties or large gatherings.
Guests can smoke outside on the balcony.
The building is a quiet, residential, apartment block and guests are required to refrain from making noise after 10pm.

✅ CANCELLATIONS AND DATE CHANGES

• Please only book when you are sure of your dates as we do not offer any flexibility with date changes for any reason. Booking is at your own risk should there be any travel restrictions or other events (both personal and public) that may affect your stay dates.
• Please note that the host will not be responsible for refunding any money due to unfortunate events that affect the number of nights you stay under any circumstances.
•You are advised to take out adequate travel insurance to cover any unfortunate events on your trip.


✅ LIABILITY

• Your belongings are not covered by insurance if damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed.
• The host accepts no responsibility or liability for damage or injury in any way which you or any member of your party may suffer in connection with the accommodation.
• No parties or events. We`re very serious about this. There are families and elderly neighbors and if there is excessive noise, police are called and it becomes a whole expensive ordeal for the party host so please don`t book this place if you want to have a party. Party in the bars and come home quietly.


👬 OUR GUESTS

• Your introductory message must be truthful.
• The maximum number of guests allowed in and at the house is your reservation guest count ONLY. You can have an extra 2 visitors maximum.
• You are responsible for your own safety (and the safety of any other person present at the accommodation) during your stay.
• Respect possessions and property as if they were your own.


⏰ CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

- Check-in: Must follow the check-in standard time.
- Checkout: Must follow the checkout standard time.
- Self-check-in with key safe in a lockbox.
- Please note that check-in time is a guide and it can change, our cleaners sometimes face issues outside of their control which can delay their finish time.


⚠️ DURING YOUR STAY POLICIES SO YOU CAN ENJOY A CLEAN & RELAXING HOME.

• Strictly no smoking is allowed inside the apartment; ONLY on the balcony. If you smoke inside, you forfeit your entire security deposit.
• It is Australian law that whenever a fire inspection is on, we must allow the inspectors access. This happens twice a year in the morning on a random weekday. All guests must accept this as a possibility.

🚨 • If the smoke alarm is activated by the guest by any means other than a bonafide emergency, the fire brigade will be automatically advised and will attend to the building. There is a fee of $1,688.00 from NSW Fire Brigades for each fire truck that attends the property. This fee will be payable by the guest should it be a false alarm.
There is a FIRE EXTINGUISHER and FIRE BLANKET, located in the drawer under the sink in the kitchen. There is a tag in red indicating it.

• Please be mindful of air conditioning, turn it off when leaving the apartment and only use it when sliding doors are shut.


⚠️ PARTY, NOISE AND ANY VIOLATIONS

• NO PARTIES or external visitors except for confirmed guests. Please don`t be noisy after 10 pm.
• Guests must follow Australian apartment building laws: be silent after 10 pm.
• Excessive noise or violations of any of the terms of this agreement will be grounds for immediate termination of occupancy.


🔑 DAMAGES, LOST KEYS, AND LOCKBOX

• If you notice any damage to the apartment that could be caused by previous guests, please take a photo of it from 3 different distances and send it to us through Airbnb.
• You accept responsibility for any damages caused during your stay.
• If you accidentally break anything in the apartment during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible.
• If you lose a key, the host will arrange a locksmith to replace the key at your expense which will equate to:
• $100 AUD (one hundred AUD) for a key.
• $200 AUD (two hundred AUD) for a swipe/fob.
• $300 AUD (three hundred AUD) for the car park remote control.


✅ IMPORTANT

• Failure to obey/follow house rules will result in immediate booking cancellation and eviction.


✅ LASTLY

• As per Airbnb’s ‘Terms of Service’, unless reported at the start of a guest stay, the most recent guest will be held responsible for any breakages and/or damage to the property and its contents.
• During your stay in this listing I require that you are aware of and agree to abide by the NSW Government`s Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry. In abiding with the Code of Conduct, you also agree to:

- Treat the neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels.
- Not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of my home or neighbours, and follow my House Rules.
