🏠 The Space

Room Size: 18m² private studio — entirely yours with no shared facilities.

Comfortable Sleeping: One Double Bed (140x200 cm) provided with two separate quilts, ensuring both guests enjoy a peaceful, undisturbed night’s sleep.

Work & Dining Friendly: Features a large, multi-purpose table. Perfect for enjoying local takeout, working on your laptop, or organizing your travel finds. No more cramped coffee tables!



Modern Amenities:

Cinematic Experience: Equipped with a 50-inch Smart TV and free high-speed WiFi. Enjoy your favorite Netflix and YouTube series on a large screen—no need for tablets or phones.

Power Access: Multiple USB charging ports and outlets conveniently located by the bedside and the desk.



🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen & Bath

Kitchen: stove, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, and essential cookware. (Please note: For food safety, oil and seasonings are not provided).

Bathroom: A "Dry & Wet" separated layout. Includes a bathtub with constant temperature control and a modern electronic bidet toilet.

Laundry: In-room washing machine, drying rack, and hair dryer for your convenience.



⚠️ Important Notes

Train Proximity: The apartment is located conveniently close to the railway tracks, making commuting exceptionally easy. Trains operate daily between 5:00 AM and 12:00 AM (midnight). To ensure your comfort, the apartment is equipped with double-glazed windows to block out noise as much as possible; however, a very slight, minimal sound of passing trains may still be heard. We want to share this detail to ensure you have all the information needed for a pleasant stay.

Building Construction: This is a classic Japanese wooden apartment. As is common with such structures, sound insulation is limited; you may occasionally hear footsteps from neighbors. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Floor Access: This unit is in a building without an elevator. Please be prepared for a short walk up the stairs. The room may be on the first, second, or third floor, and it will be assigned after the reservation is completed; there is no guarantee of which floor will be assigned.

Long stays (14+ nights): Requires an e-lease agreement, a refundable credit card deposit (from ¥100,000, varies by room/stay; please inquire), We reserve the right to collect a refundable security deposit for any reservation based on guest reviews and booking details.

Utilities are complimentary up to ¥12,000/month; usage exceeding this will be charged.

Consumables: We provide a starter set of daily essentials. For replacements, please purchase your preferred brands at the nearby shops.

The Neighborhood:

Within 4 minute's walk, there is a Familymart. Within 6 minutes’ walk, there are large 7-11, Lawson and Aeon (small supermarket), so you don't have to worry about buying anything in the middle of the night.

4-minute walk, you can reach a Japanese style shopping street with fresh food supermarkets, drug stores, 100 yen stores, and cafes.

Within a 3-minute walk, you can find 24h Matsuya, Ten Don, ramen restaurant, takoyaki stall, bakery, dessert shop and dozens of traditional Japanese izakaya (small bar and restaurant).

5 minutes walk, you can find a Moss Burger restaurant



Keisei Line Keisei Tateishi Station: 5-minute walk

Other Things to Note:

👨‍👩‍👧 Guests & Stay

• Children over 2 years old count as adults. No baby beds or high chairs.

• Long stays (14+ nights): Requires an e-lease agreement, a refundable credit card deposit (from ¥100,000, varies by room/stay; please inquire), We reserve the right to collect a refundable security deposit for any reservation based on guest reviews and booking details. Free utilities up to ¥12,000/month (extra charged), mandatory bi-weekly linen changes (¥2,300/time), and extra cleaning fees if using >2 beds.

• If daily consumables run out, please purchase your own replacements.



🛋️ Beds & Linens

• Beds are provided according to the number of guests (e.g., 2 guests = 1 double).

• If guests want to use more beds than the number of guests, there will be an extra bedding fee (e.g., 2 guests using 2 beds = ¥2,000/bed).

• Extra beds (sofa bed or futon) come with bedding, but you need to set them up yourself.

• Each guest receives 1 towel set for the entire stay.

• Extra towels: ¥700 per set (request before arrival).

• Extra sheet & duvet set: ¥2,000 per set.

• Please note the bed configuration of each room; not every room can accommodate extra beds.



🚫 Not Allowed

• No parties, events, pets, smoking (in the room, balcony, property, or street), or unregistered guests.

• No shoes inside.

• No illegal substances.



📏 Respect the Property

• Quiet hours: after 9:00 PM.

• Turn off AC when going out.

• Late check-out will incur extra fees.

• Lost keys: replacement fee ¥29,000.

• Handle furniture with care. No rearranging. Damages must be compensated.

• Wash dishes after use.



🚮 Garbage & Toilet

• Sort garbage properly. If taking out trash, tie bags tightly.

• Large items (e.g., suitcases, strollers) cannot be disposed of in regular trash.

• If you need to throw them away, please contact us in advance. Additional disposal fees will apply. (suitcase=1,500yen stroller=5,000, others contact us)

• Only toilet paper (roll in the toilet) may be flushed. Other items will cause clogs and repair fees 50,000 yen.



⚠️ Emergencies & Legal

• Do not press the emergency button unless it’s a real emergency (false alarm fee: ¥1,500).

• By Japanese law, all foreign guests must provide a passport copy via our online check-in form before arrival.

• For safety, maintenance, or urgent issues, you agree to allow our authorized staff to enter the room when necessary, even during your stay.
