Cosy 65m2 Apartment including 20m2 Loft, ideal for one month and longer stay

The apartment is on the third floor of our private house located in the central Tokyo, within a 7-minute walk from Kayabacho Sta. (Metro Hibiya line and Tozai line) and Hacchobori Sta. ( Metro and JR Line). Only 20 min. walk to The JR Tokyo Sta. and the premium Otemachi business center, or just 2 stops away on Metro. It has a Loft which can be used as a multipurpose space or an extra sleeping floor. It comes with a small balcony and is equipped with Free wifi, TV with Netflix, Audio with Bluetooth connection.

The property is conveniently located in a business/residential area with a school and children park, and close to Ginza and Nihonbashi by walking for premium shopping experience. You can enjoy both the convenience of city life and quiet nights and weekends.

The nearest convenience store or supermarket is a few minutes away and the Sumida River terrace is about 5 minutes, where you can enjoy your walking and jogging along the river water front to either to Asakusa or to Tsukiji area.

Please note, the property is available for a long term rent, a minimum of 30 days under "Land and House Lease" laws of Japan.

We are the private owner of a newly built house completed in 2020. The third-floor apartment, along with a loft, is available for long-term fixed-term rent for visitors. We frequently travel to international destinations for both business and leisure, and we believe that we can provide an exceptional experience during your stay at our property.

My husband and I reside on the first and second floors. While the property shares a common entrance space, you will have your separate entrance and staircase leading to the independent third-floor apartment.

If you find yourself in need of any assistance during your stay, we would be readily available to help, given our residence on the lower floors of the property. Feel free to inquire about any questions or concerns, and we would be delighted to go the extra mile to ensure your stay is enjoyable and comfortable.
