Highly recommend this condo! It was older but clean, well-supplied, and in a perfect location within walking distance to the Boardwalk, restaurants, and attractions. David was an excellent host with great communication. The only downside was that the master bedroom stayed a bit warm at night, but everything else was fantastic!

Clean rooms with updated appliances! Great location with a view of the ocean. We felt like we were home. Very roomy. Host responded very quickly when we had a question. Overall we had a great experience. Would definitely book again.

We came to move our daughter back into CCU, and needed a 3 bedroom place to stay. This condo was perfect! Beautiful property just as described. David and his crew were great hosts and very responsive to any questions. Great location and beautiful views. Halfway through our stay we needed another vehicle and we rented a Turo from Matthew at rentmywagon.com; I strongly recommend him.Thanks to David for a great condo and a great long weekend!

It’s just like the picture. I was shocked! All 3 bedrooms had a unique style including the mattress, soft, medium, and firm! The living room was just the right size for my family of 6! The 75” tv made a definite impact and a reason why we chose this location! Great addition for a vacation trip!! Comfortable seating on the balcony. They had the pack and play and high chair which was extremely helpful and a 1ft pool for my infant to enjoy and she totally did! Plus a bonus of 2 beach chairs with coolers! Kitchen well equipped and clean, I couldn’t have asked for more. Staff were friendly and very helpful! I am a satisfied customer and would like to visit again in the future and also see what their other locations have to offer! Great host by far! Thank you so much for a great stay!!

The house was very clean, the kitchen was stock with lots and lots of pots and had basic seasoning to cook with. The master bedroom however gets a little warmer than the living room. Also the master bathroom sliding glass door wasn't easy to open from the inside. The bed also squeaks a little when you turn. But those are all minor issues that did not stop us from enjoying the condo. The view and location was just perfect and we will most definitely book again whenever we are in Myrtle beach. Thank you David for your timely response to all our questions.

Great stay

We had a great stay in Myrtle beach! The condo was a perfect size for our family of 4, providing more than enough space! Three bedrooms was so nice for the kids to take a mid-day beach break to nap or watch some TV and wind down. The price point was the same as majority of local hotels, that offered much less space and did not feel as sanitary. The pool was great, it was not crowded and had the perfect baby pool for my one year old to play safely. The location was central, a quick walk to the beach and near by restaurants. A short drive to other local activities. The condo stand out for me was the bed sheets, I really loved the quality and cute patterns. I actually ordered the same kind once I got home! It was nice to have a full size kitchen to store our left overs and beach snacks. Including beach toys, chairs, pool noodles and a baby pack and play was an added bonus and helped keep our packing down. Over all, a great stay.
