Enjoy this amazing huge condo on the 4th floor with ocean view balcony
Our condo features an Ocean Front Master Bedroom with a King bed and sliding glass door so you can see the sunrise and the ocean right from the comfort of your bed.
Our 3 bedroom condo comes fully furnished with an oceanfront master bedroom with a king bed, a king bed in second bedroom and two double beds in the third bedroom, with three private full bathrooms, one for each bedroom, luxury bed linens and towels, a modern kitchen with elegant dark granite countertop and GE stainless steel appliances. It easily accommodates your whole families. Go on a vacation with friends or extra guests? A queen sleeper sofa in living room will satisfy your need. Two oceanfront balconies, with one off the living area and one off the master bedroom. Travel with kids usually means lots of luggage and stuff? With multiple closet in each bedroom, that will not be a problem at all.

Myrtle Beach was voted 'Best Family Beach' by The Travel Channel. Great Central Location! You'll be close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer including, 120 golf courses, over 1900 restaurants, live entertainment, fun shopping, water parks, and thrilling attractions. When you're ready to venture out, our condo is conveniently located right on the new Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and blocks away from family kingdom amusement park, along with pier 2. Local restaurants, golf courses and outlet shopping malls are a short drive away.

From the time we walked into the condo it was absolutely beautiful the view is breathtaking private beautiful view of the pools and the beach. The amenities at this place are perfect for a family anytime of year indoor swimming pool two big hot tubs and a lazy river inside outside the big pool is heated the kids pool is not highly recommend this place! The parking garage is perfect you pull right up to the floor that you're on and go right inside to your room up to a certain level I think it's the 6th or 7th floor elevators are on each side of the parking area very easy to get in and get to your room plenty of dumb waiters to carry your luggage on every floor. Very convenient host to deal with they're there for anything you need picking up the key for the doors was easy with no hassle very close to the condo and very safe.

We traveled with our 4y/o and both sets of parents to enjoy Thanksgiving in a different setting. We found a gem! We all loved the condo, from the decor, views of beach, and location. The check in and out process is well thought out and easy to execute the process. Janet responded quickly to my questions. We will definitely stay again.

So the location to the pools, beach, elevator and being on the 4th floor(we parked right by our room practically) is great. Couldn’t be happier that the pools were heated and we could enjoy them in November. Secondly there isn’t enough of much listed in the description to actually last more than 1-2 days. There was only enough coffee for one day (for 4 adults), 1 paper towel roll and one trash bash. Staying at previous places when they made note of those items in the condo it wasn’t just for a day ( we will know for next time). Having one trash bag for 4 days just isn’t realistic and we don’t travel with them. Also there isn’t anywhere to get coffee or eat at the hotel because the only food place/ice cream is closed for off season so that was a bummer. I asked host and she didn’t know that, which would be helpful info to know that. Also their is 4 small (low to the ground beach chairs) in the closet, I asked and they said they verified and their was none so we lugged our own, which we wouldn’t have. Otherwise the place is definitely dated. The appliances take a bit to work (stove top rings took much longer to heat a meal), same with the toaster.the paper towel holder was super dirty and stained(kindof gross to see on the countertop). I will stick with saying you get what you pay for. Splitting this with two families is definitely affordable and worth it, but not if your looking for classy or anything up to date.

Tv's in two of the bedrooms should be updated. Only one hair dryer worked. Called but never got replacements.

We were there for Bike Week and were told they would accommodate our bike trailers. Once we got there we were told we couldn’t park them there. We had to find alternative parking. It was an inconvenience for trying to check in or out because the actual hotel wouldn’t allow for just the temporary process. Our trailers were parked 20-30 minutes away!

Condo was immaculate when we arrived. Great location, great beach view. Wonderful resort with great pools and spas. Janet, our host, was a star. Communicated well and took great care of us.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom. Everything you need. Convenient location, 5 minutes from airport. Less than 5 minutes for many other popular locations. There are beach chairs and boogie boards to use in the hallway closet. We really had a great vacation and mad many memories! The pirate voyage dinner show is a must do! We were also on the 4th floor with great views. Parking on the 4th floor as well is definitely a bonus. We all enjoys the pools as well!

Better than Advertised!

The condo was everything described and more. For the kids it was pool to beah to pool to beach. The place was immaculate when we checked in and having the parking right there on the same floor and a straight shot into the condo made things super easy and stress free. You understand this if you travel with small kids. My wife says we will stay in this unit every time!

Under Construction

Unfortunately the description was off. There was a lot of construction going on; all day every day there was construction going on and the noise was terrible. The balcony was useless from the noise to the power washing of all of the balconies. One time we stepped out and was sprayed with water. One day the access to the beach was closed due to construction. The workers also propped open the doors every day, which is horrible for security.

Perfect location and stay

We choose this property because it had 3 bedrooms and 3 baths as we were a group of 3 couples coming from different directions to spend a week together. The view and Beach access was tremendous. March Stay

This was the first VRBO that we had to stay at where we had to have all the dishes put away at check out. Most places allow us to start the dish washer as we leave. Floors were surface clean but not deep cleaned. My one year olds feet and hands were black as she crawled around. Our socks were black too. No mop to clean ourselves either. We weren’t aware that the indoor pool was closed for remodeling. The listing showed pictures of the indoor pool area. So listing was a bit misleading. There was construction work noise above us from 8-5pm everyday. The stove top and nobs were fairly greasy as well. We did have some issues with the AC as well. This got fixed. Host was fast to reply though! Good otherwise !
